It is pretty cool, we have alot of real life examples of such as well. Not as drastic as maybe Medieval to the Industrial era, but very much noticeable upon close inspection. In the 1800s, during the industrial era, much of Europe was already Industriallizing, bring in alot of new major new technologies, like the steam engine, which brought in technologies like steam ships, which is used for Genshin in Fontaine (Atleast I think it is a steam ship💀💀). We were developing electricity during then too, this of course leading to alot of new technologies at the time. But duirng that height of technology, places like Russia existed. At the time, it was extremely behind its West European counter parts. They still relied heavily on Serfs, which were slaves in a way, was an extremely old and outdated form of labor practice that shoulda been gone outright much earlier, and they had a majority population of just farmers, they were extremely poor and way behind in technology, having a poor system of government that caused many to suffer under their rule. All of this just goes to show that such a major technological difference at the same time on the same continent even with trade was possible and common for much of history which is crazy🤯🤯⁉️⁉️🗣🗣🗣🦅🦅🔥🔥🔥😱😱😱

Wait when did they ever mention teleport way points in game? I'm pretty sure they're just a game mechanic and don't exist in the actual game world. Otherwise the traveler wouldn't make a big deal out of visiting regions and characters if they could actually just teleport anywhere anytime in seconds. And storylines like getting stuck on Dragonspine for days wouldn't make any sense.

snezhnaya is not like fontaine.fontaine is fully industrialized. mean they can built anything by their own. snezhnaya is only manufacturing things.

Technology in snezhnaya is way more advanced but it probably doesnt reach the normal household.
