1. I make affirmations to help you attract your desired goal.
Because I make affirmations in both English and Japanese and will eventually be adding more languages in the future as I am a multi-lingual speaker (After Japanese I learned and studied Chinese mandarin, Korean, and Russian with very basic level of Spanish), I currently charge $20,000 per affirmation but this price is subject to change over time.
If you want one affirmation I charge $20,000.
If you want three affirmations I charge $60,000.
If you want 10 affirmations I charge $200,000.
2. I give you a tarot card reading.
Yes, I am a spiritual person and this is something that I was meant for.
My asking price starts at $60,000 for an individual reading with no extra advice.
I charge $10,000 per tarot card. Keep in mind I do readings in more than one language!
3. I make you a product book to help your business grow.

For 5 ordered copies I charge $10,000.
· For 10 ordered copies I charge $30,000.
· For 100 ordered copies I charge $60,000.
For Option 2:
· Hard Cover Books:
For 5 ordered copies I charge $12,000.
· For 10 ordered copies I charge $20,000.
· For 100 ordered copies I charge $70,000.

If you want your product book in Japanese as well I charge the price you give times two. For example if you give $10,000 I ask $20,000 for the Japanese book. Same method for option two.
If you want to order 100 copies for your business, I help you set up an account on Amazon KDP, Barnes & Noble.com, and IngramSpark.
I help you order your first 100 copies that you can give away to your clients. I recommend this one. But the choice is yours. Please allow a one-month turnaround time for higher quality book. For more than 50 products, I charge an extra $20,000.

4. I give you sailing lessons.
I was a professional sailor for nearly a decade and used to be a 100-ton master’s license holder for The Great Lakes before I moved to Japan for long-term stay.
I used to be the 2nd Captain on the tall ship Friends Good Will in South Haven, Michigan back in 2013.

***You must have your own boat, and it must be in working condition and safe to use. Unsafe boats will not be accepted, and your money will be rejected. Safety first is mandatory. Treat your boat as if it is your own child.
Sailing lessons include $120,000 for a two hour lesson or $1,200,000 for a three week course.
5. I teach you self-defense skills.
Mini lessons start at $60,000 for one hour.
Classes in English and Japanese.
Must sign contract before lesson starts.
Group lessons are $600,000 per ten people.
6. Language Learning Consulting.
I give you new ideas on how to improve your language learning skills.
Starts at $80,000 for one hour.
