We are fortunate to live at a time when such teachings are available to us at a distance. I've been practicing for decades and am grateful to all the wonderful teachers I've encountered, in person and via the internet. There are well-qualified teachers on Vimeo, also. Still, it is best to spend time with one. Nevertheless, hearing Dharma is beneficial in any form.

yes, must be. I've known a theravada nun age 65 who looked like 45, with incredible energy - their state of concsiousness seems very rejuvenating.

May Supreme buddha's teaching is peaceful.. help all being to get rid of sorrow understanding correctly what is meant by sorrow.. Many people are in misunderstanding about this,.. But very difficult to give the wisdom.. because they do not want to change their misunderstanding... My supreme Buddha given us to freedom to think & develop the mind in correct way... Namo Buddhaya !!..

Enjoyable and useful discourse with certainty. The difference between the suffering of the body (unreal) and that of the soul (real) is highlighted well.

Your teaching is very touching. We can see how your master led his sanggha. You also reflects very well how everything is so impermanent.

Greedy angry and passionate love is an enormous obstacles and bond people with the world .It 's not release to the world of Dhamma (the way lead to nirvana)

Yes it is true for one see the Dhamma sees the Buddha. If one practice meditation obediently, carefully, mindfully, with effort Following the four noble truth and 8 noble path and come to know clearly in meditation the 4 foundation of mindfulness that lead to the ceaseation of body and mind(nirodha samapathi) or the dissolution of body and mind. One then is said to have arrived at the first state of sainthood Sotopanna. You need 3 more of these experience to reach the full sainthooh Arahat where you will understand the first 3(Sotapana, Sakadagami, Anagami) the perfect state is different from the final (Arahat) BUDDHAM SARANAM GACCHAMI
