Presumably yes and no. If you stay up all night the loop will not continue and you will continue on to the next day, however i would assume, after 12am, the loop would happen again if you do so much as to blink. There is no escape.

Aight come on now, unless you had some sort of mental illness/disorder that inhibits you from acknowledging the fact that you're in a time loop for the next 1000 days, any person would figure it out either instantly or 1-2 days.

depends on how it works best case for you you remember killing yourself (debatable) you could also forget your in a timeloop because it takes your memory at the end of the day or your brain persists or whatever reason you remembered in the first place but all that would do is set you back at day one to realize the situation again they way it works in most movies is you wake up instantly at the start of another loop because your not dead anymore for the timeloop death is just the same as any other form of unconsciousness because it's temporary I'm pretty sure they use this method in the movies because you need another time looper to remember your suicide for it to hold any meaning to us the viewer

If you know it's 1000 days then it's bearable. Otherwise it would be scary as hell, imagine having to live forever without even being able to commit suicide. It would be fun if your friend was also part of the loop
