I already have very mild bed sores, loss of muscle mass, a weak immune system, tiredness all day everyday, decreased endurance, pretty bad strength loss, mental issues, depression and anxiety (diagnosed. With COVID and a family, people have to stay in their rooms like my dad and he had to stay in bed for a long time so his bones were kinda against the side of his skin so you could feel it.

Since quarintined started i havent been very active and been laying in bed all day , i have been very sleepy in the morning and cannot sleep at night 🤕
