How's the state of basic amenities like, park, club house, swimming pool, different types of play/sport areas in already delivered towers? Are people happy there? Has builder handed over everything to flat owners without any issue? How's maintenance now for these occupied flats? I hope after 12 odd years, these facilities are still in good shape. Otherwise no point in paying huge monthly maintenance. Thanks.
I have been staying in Blueridge as a tenant from last 3+ years and honestly I didn't like the construction of flats and planning of each rooms also doesn't make sense.. hall area is too big and rooms are too small. This is my personal opinion. I have been staying in Tower-1 other tower rooms may differ. Just an opinion from my end people's opinions may differ.

I have two questions: 1. Builder generally force to buy a priority token for booking an unit even before their RERA is approved by Government. Should we consider giving refundable token in this case to asure our priority while finalizing unit after official project launch? What are risks involved? 2. Please help with detailed video on VTP. Altair, Kharadi. Expecting details about # Neighborhood plots and their ownership # Reason behind barricade by VTP on road coming from Panchashil Towers # Future plans by VTP or other builder in area just behind that barricade. # Is there any land planned for phase-2 of Yoo Villas. Any project coming near to that phase-2 will have beautiful view and all-time opening.
Don't buy flat in T24 and T25 towers in Blueridge. Pros: 1. Good Carpet area Cons: 1. Maintenance cost is too high per month. 2. Tower 24 & 25 DO NOT have their Clubhouse/Gym/Swimming pool, but still its having high maintenance cost. Builder is going to give the Clubhouse/Gym/Swimming pool etc to third-party vendor and therefore, you need to pay EXTRA amount to avail these facilities. Builder will try to convience customer that you will get discounted amount for Clubhouse facilities, but then what is the use of incurring so much HIGH maintenance cost. 3. Currently, builder is providing all facilities in township since his projects are going. Once project is completed, it might be difficult to manage entire Blueridge township for Water and other facilities. Orion towers in Blueridge have less carpet area. You will get better options in area & price in other builder project.

It's perfect video with accurate information. I shifted to Blue ridge in February/2020 and we liked it so much that we bought our own ready to move house in March/21. It may be expensive but it seems we are living in a hill station. The way Blue ridge maintenance team has handled Corona is really impressive and that was one of the most important factor which made me choose Blue ridge even though it was out of my budget.
