Have a doubt! Question: Write a C program to send values 0x55 and 0xAA continuously on port c of ATmega32 with delay of 70µs. Use timer0, Normal mode and no prescaler options to generate delay.

Yes, I am having the same problem understanding this equation, because for both 0 and 1 values of TOVO, this entire expression evaluates to 0, so it will be kind of an infinite loop.

If after the 50-th clock will become 0, till 255, then, the time period is 32 us, only for one logic level, so it will be 64us. Something is not right.

Because it takes only bit position of TOV0 not the bit of TIFR register

Shouldn't you put TIFR = 0 for clearing TOV0 Flag?, but you have put 0x1

In Avr you can reset the timer over flow flag by putting 1 into it. it's reverse then usual
