People are being harsh on the football helmet, He was made up with it. He got his main problem at work dealt with, a signed helmet from his favourite team. His brothers were flown in so they could all go to any game of their choice in a suite, and a charity donation was made in his name for a soldiers charity. I mean... that helmet, no other way to get that. It’s priceless. Sure he coulda gave him 10k but this was much more personal.

If the CEO of Accor only knew the employee conditions in Sofitel Athens airport all managers would be instantly sacked. I personally spent 3 years working in the front desk but if you ask ANY employee of ANY department you can hear painful FACTS that fuel nightmares. Gaslighting, psychological bullying, terrible behavior between employees because one of them is a relative or friend to the manager and other medieval working rights and conditions all there! 🤢🤮 I made strong friendships with other colleagues but the happiest time of my life after my marriage was quitting from that depressing life sinkhole of a hotel. ...but that's how it is when you live and work in Greece unfortunately (for the ppl still living/working there).

I wish my boss would watch this so she can get a better appreciation of what we do.
