Eh, to be fair, several of these were victims of poor lighting and camera angles/shadows. Also, not everyone has matching skin tones on face and hands although the shades are often similar. My face is pasty white but my arms and hands are quite tanned. I've been like this all my life and no, I don't have vitiligo. LOL Most of these are travesties of makeup gone wild, though.
