Nah, he won't. If you think about it, Mammon has the least chance of turning into a demon if he's mad about something. I'm still in chapter 11 so I don't know about the future lessons but, I don't think I've seen him turn into his demon form because of his sin.

I feel like greed is underlying more powerful than any other sin. Here’s why, you feel pride to help fill the greed to feel Worth something or you feel the greed that you finally did something good(which would feel your pride) next. Jealousy or envy, pretty easy you feel the greed to have something of to be like them. Now wrath is a tiny bit harder but for wrath you feel a greedy feeling to take something revenge on that thing or person which will (fill all your pride when you get onto that later in time) okay next now lust, easy greed so let’s go. You will feel a greed to fill pleasure for yourself or you have a greed for sexual activity. Right after that in sloth(I think that’s what it is a kind of the name of it) you feel a greedy fulfillment or laziness to just sleep the day away. Finally but not least gluttony, you feel a greed to just eat and eat in tell their is nothing left. Now we’re done. And these are the reason I think greed might deserve the top mark because he is an every single thing that you do everything that you want with everything that you feel something for there’s a type of greed that comes with it.
