What is completely not undertstandbale is how a player can be fined for "abusing the officials" but the officials themselves are held to literally no standard when in game. We've seen countless calls from officials that are 100% based on emotion and there is no repercussion for them.

There should be a system to fine the refs if they made mistakes, intended or not.

i understand how sometimes refs can miss class but what i can’t understand for the life of me is why they can’t stop the game and go back and look at what really happened, then change the call after seeing they made a mistake. makes zero sense

The refs are Warriors fans? That couldn’t be further from the truth. Showing a blown call in favor of the Warriors is a joke. Watch almost any game and you’ll see Curry get beaten up and not get a call. Draymond Green gets called for fouls when he’s not even playing, Truth is that the Warriors have lost a ton of games, both regular and post season by 2-4 points, where during the game, refs bad calls have been the decider. As for LeBron, he got away with traveling on every play for most of his career and he still gets away with head butting and elbowing. Sure, some calls are more blatantly bad than others, but league biases definitely favor some players and also penalize others.
