the thing is when people criticized the marketing they were also spewing false information as they claimed no ads when people proved to them they were doing ads. i mean the launch trailer was used as an ad its literally why it has 6.5 mil views but very few likes or comments

the only time i remember pgr advertising is back during bianca's patch, there was an ad on time's square but it was just a single board, not all of them like in this video

I mean imo they really don't need to be doing this if the game itself is good enough, sure more exposure but most of the people it'll attract are not going to be spending money, & most people are probably not going to like the similar gacha, even if the game is more fun
Just saying, average AAA titles also spend a majority of their budget in marketing only. With Kuro however, im certain they put their money on where it matters. Not for nothing im a day 1 global PGR player (that can even read too!)
Even if it’s not the most popular it’s still going to reach one of the biggest, with it having a great start for a Gacha game and have solid reputation with its fans.

A quick business lesson. Premium advertisement and celebrity sponsorship are basically signaling two things: 1. The company has a lot of money to spend. "If we can spend a few millions on billboards in Time Square, imagine what we can spend to make our product better!" 2. The company is confident in its products. "If we can afford to spend millions of dollars on billboards, we will definitely make that money back with our products."
