Hello friend's! Aaj Iss video me hum Timing chain k bare me details me janenge! Instagram :- / twobikingbrothers Your queries :- Timing chain Motorcycle timing chain problem Pulsar bike timing chain sound Thanks for watching!
I guess Im asking randomly but does someone know a tool to get back into an Instagram account? I was stupid lost my login password. I would love any help you can give me.
@Malik Wesson Thanks for your reply. I got to the site thru google and Im trying it out atm. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
@@twobikingbrothers7829 I said thank you for showing us the actual problem sound just to identify whether it is problem or not in normal bikes i didn't ask for it's cause.
@Piyush Kadukar our mechanic here in the Philippines is just turning it counter clockwise everytime they install a new tensioner that's why the ticking sound keeps coming back.... so in your video do i have to rotate the screw clockwise till it goes bounce back? that bounce back will be the lock of that tensioner?
Thanks 4 ur valuable comment, aaj nahi to kaal chain to change karna hi parega. But in rural areas jinko paiso ki problem hai o log initially a jugaad kar sakte hai. But a lifetime solution nahi hai.
The nut can help sometimes but is still risky. But inserting the ball in the tensioner is highly dangerous as it can crack the tensioner and will harm the engine in a worse way.
Sir,please tell the number ring for removing clutch bolt for karizma.i want to buy clutch bolt remover for karizma but don't know which number to buy.i need to replace my karizma clutch plates.thank you
Bhai bura nei manna..meine bhi rs meij yeh welding wala kaam kiya tha pr srf 1200km baad pura khrb hgya...to meine pura change kiya.....jo ki mjhe 2600 padh gaya aur ab smooth chal rahi hai without noise...but aapka idea bht aacha hai...sbke budget ka hai...nyc aapka kaam bht aacha hai....bht saare questions hai bhai...pr pta nei aap sb questions ka answer do ki nei...pta nei😕😔
Nahi bhai aisa kuch nahi hoga, top end thik rahega, sirf initial pick up thoda sa bar jayega. RS200 me 3 spark plugs hai, inme se Jo main plug hai usiko aap irridiam plug and power cable se replace karna, results achcha milega jarur.
Don't do such modifications. First you need to learn about valve clearance by keeping it 0.10mm at exhaust side and 0.08mm at intake side. Always replace the timing chain after proving the length of the chain is longer than the new timing chain. Then you have to buy correct size metallic gasket that comes on top of the piston and paper gasket that comes at the bottom of the piston and then you have to buy rubber paste for the top head of the engine to seal the engine and then you have to adjust the valve clearance. It is better to give it to the Pulsar service centre if you don't have time to learn about it by watching the videos. Lot of mistakes will happen if you try to repair it for the first time.
Bro, a batao aagar kisi k gari me timing chain ka noise aati hai or unhe bola bola jaye head khol k chain replace karo jiski cost paregi 1500 minimum with labour charge, to banda bohot baar soche ga k keya karu. But a jugaad sirf 20 rupiye me hota hai to aap batao aap konsa root pakdo ge?? Haa aur aagar paise ki koi problem nahi to fir okkk. Aur aap ne to isse modification hi bata diya. Aur jaha tak baat hai service center ki, to a bata du har jaga ki service center me aalag aalag mechanic kaam karta hai to har jaga ki mechanic same nahi hoti hai, hamare ihaan aaspass jo center hai uski baare me to pucho hi maat. Or ek baat batao mai bhi ek chota mota mechanic hi hu so I KNOW WHAT I DO. aur dekho boos neye gari ka timing chain bohot Kam kharab hota hai, meri Mano to jaab t chain change kar rahe ho to ek hi bari me Piston, cylinder block, or valve change karlo according to engine conditions, gari pura neya jaisa sound degi.. OK BRO THANKS FOR UR SUGGESTION.
@@twobikingbrothers7829Even I thought the noise is from the timing chain as it might have became loose and long but when I removed it and compared its length with new timing chain then both of them are of same height and then I know the problem is not the timing chain but the problem is with the valves as its holes are covered with lot of dirt on its grooves which I cleaned with WD-40 spray and sand paper. I want to share 2 things. First is engine disassembly looks intimidating or scary but if you learn watching youtube videos you can learn it. 2nd thing is that if the timing chain becomes loose, it indirectly shows that other parts like valves are also damaged or coming to its end stage where the valves will bend and break someday and it can be repaired by removing the engine and replacing the valves along with rubber valve seals is very important during timing chain replacement. The difficult part is fixing the cotter pin on top of the valve spring. The easiest way to fix the cotter pin is to press the spring with the tool and apply grease on it and then stick the pins on it. Just imagine engine as 3 shoe boxes and stack it on top of each other. The bottom part requires a paper gasket and middle part requires metallic gasket with no paste on it and top 3rd part requires only paste to seal the engine. T mark on the timing chain should be on top and at the same time the vertical line behind the T mark on the starter clutch should be aligned to the dedicated mark shown in youtube videos and rotate the starter clutch in anti clockwise position until the the rocker arm becomes loose that indicates the piston is at top when the rocker arm becomes loose. Valves of Pulsar 180 is Rs.344 and its rubber valve seals price is Rs.54 and its timing chain is Rs.224. The other thing is that the rubber valve seal which is only Rs.54 is considered to be the most important part and if we won't pay attention on replacing it then we might face many troubles. Valve clearance is another topic which I like to share. I saw one video where he showed the valve clearance for Pulsar exhaust side is 0.10 mm and intake side is 0.08mm. Sping the starter clutch in anti clockwise direction one or twice until the rocker arm becomes loose then you can loosen the square nut and slide the feeler gauge between them and slightly tighten it so that the scale slides comfortably with slight pressure. Loosen the square nut 2 sides to the left after you tightened the nut so that metal scale slides normally. Scissor gear setting is done by rotating the yellow parts in opposite direction with 2 turns and placing it with 2 dots on it in horizontal manner after aligning it with side gear mark to its 11 O'clock mark on top right side. I rebuilt my entire Pulsar 180 engine and it took 1 month to hunt for the required parts and I finally assembled it after watching lots of videos. Before performing any repairs always clarify your doubts by watching the youtube videos. I gave entire engine information on repairs. It is gives lot of pain and I actually triple checked many times to make sure everything is in place. I have done mistakes and again disassembled and reassembled it. It is better to take pen and paper and write down the order of engine assembly as well as take pictures before and after assembling the parts otherwise it will waste a lot of time. I did the entire engine disassembly and disassembly all by myself without a 2nd person help. I recommend not to do it if the bike is under warranty and I recommend not to do engine repairs as pains and mistakes cannot be avoided. If you have really free time like 1 month without any work then you can do it after watching and learning perfectly from youtube videos. The hardest part for me was wrestling and removing the starter clutch nut and clutch case which require special tools and brains. The important thing is that clutch case nut threads are in reverse order. If we rotate anti clockwise direction then it will get tight and if we rotate in clockwise direction the nut will become loose. While repairing I sprain my middle finger as engine slided on my finger while lifting. After 1 month my finger became strong and tough. If the timing chain marks and other marks are not aligned properly then even the new valves will surely break because of incorrect settings.
Bro some time also problem with the timing chain sprocket, remember everything. While u change timing chain. According to me, Bro sound nahi aani chahiye. First apply this jugad, if not work then change it. & if work then u save some kind of money...
@@twobikingbrothers7829 The sprocket will not bend but replacing bearing or lubing the bearing of camshaft of the timing chain and replacing the timing chain along with new valves will remove the noise. Mujay payt may dar ho tho ENO leyvu ya sir dard ka D COLD tablet. Ignoring problems will not make it go away. Mujay sir darh ho tho sir dhaba lu ya payt. Follow the user manual book which recommends each item to be replaced at different km. It is better to ask the Pulsar service centre whether to follow your method if the bike is not under warranty. If you have all the spare parts and required tools with 1 month free time then perform the repairs if the bike is not under warranty. If you have no time and if you are a student then it is better to give it to the Bajaj service centre.
@Anonymous Individual, Bro tabhi mai sochu Iss me bengali thoda mix kiyu lag raha hai mujhe, but itna to samaj aaya tha mereko achcha bola hai. "Thank you" mere bhai, real meaning batane k liye, Thanks a lot.
our mechanic here in the Philippines is just turning it counter clockwise everytime they install a new tensioner that's why the ticking sound keeps coming back.... so in your video do i have to rotate the screw clockwise till it goes bounce back? that bounce back will be the lock of that tensioner?
Some of the tensioner has different srage of lock, but in pulsar'S it has only one lock, for installing the tensioner. When u push or rotate tensioner screw (counter clockwise), it started working till end of its limit. Then we installed this type of bolt for extend tensioner limit. Hope u understand... Thank u Bro
Sir .. what if my timing chain was loosen.. can i use that type of bolt to extend my tensioner?.. would timing chain was getting good? And is that safe?.
Yes ovviously, but only for one time, timing chain me koi problem nahi hogi, yes its safe.. But bolt ko acche se welding karna hai. Meri bike iss modification k baad pure 12000 km se zayada chal chuka hai, maine iss halat me ladakh circuit complete kiya hai, without no issues..
Sorry for late BRO..! I Just say that, yes u can use this type of bolt to extend tensioner, no problem it's safe, u can use this trick for one time, and remember properly weld that bolt, timing chain was getting good, its like drive chain when its losen just to adjust or tight chain. When u think to change timing chain just one time use this trick, if its not working then thik about changing timing chain. I'm doing this in my bike and ride it 12000+ km, and also doing a HIMALAYAN ride to LEH - LADAKH, i have no problem till now. Just go for it.. Hope ur problem will solved, quickly, love you BRO
for me also same problem bro it make noise after sometime the sound is not coming.. in my bike the sound comes and goes... what to do can i weld my bike...?
Dear your efforts are Nice but please don't tell viewers 2no method. Because viewvers follow you so please tell them right procedure.over all I like your video it could be more better if u tell standard o.procedure.
Dear BRO,, Maine sare option bata diye hai, aagar paise ki problem na ho to change karwa sakte ho, aur aagar paise ki problem hai to thode dino k liye aap time le sakte ho. It's not a permanent solution. Aap ko kuch dino ka time badha deta hai. Mai khud Iss modification k baad pura LADAKH ho k aaya, above 10,000 km chala chuka hu, abhi bhi no problem. OK, Thank's for ur good opinion, LOVE U BRO!
Welding is ok but if you insert a metal ball in chain tensioner it will expand the unit after sometime damaging the total chain tensioner ...if you don't believe try it once
Haa bhai, maine bhi wahi bola. Agar koi upay nahi hai to aap metal ball dall sakte ho, but is case me bohot jaldi jo hai chain tensioner aur puri timing chain kit change karni paregi. So mai prefer krunga welding first, agar phir vhi na ho to ball, welding first... Thank's for ur valuable comment, LOVE u brother...
Bhai meri CBZ xtreme bike hai to 60kmph+ ke speed se gadi chalatu hoo to uske head engine se kit kit.. jaise avaj aati hai to ho timing ki hai kya...to thik kaise kare
Timing chain ki sound, engine start karne par hi aana chalu ho jata hai. But aap ki baat sun k lag raha hai, aap engine ki valve clearance ko pehle check kare. Agar problem hai to adjust kar li jiye, na ho to timing chain ki taraf dhayn di jiye. Kisi vi mechanic k pass ja kar apko bolna hai engine ki valve adjust kar di jiye ya check kar dijiye. Plz note (good mechanic) hope apki problem jaldi thik ho jaye...
Bhai maine tight toh krta hu but start krne k baad wahi sound ata hai or mai jab wapas khol k dekhta hu tab adjustment ka position pehle jaise hi rehta hai...same k same adjustment wapas usi jaga aa jata hai aftr bike start???
Bro isse bohot kuch bola jata hai, alag alag log alag alag naam bola karte hai, its called Timing chain gide, also chain pad bola jata hai. Thank you...
mai 45 din pahele nayi Duke 200 liye hai,1400 km chalaya hai.mera ek dost ne mujhe bola k timing chain ki awaz aa raha hai.is it possible for a new motorcycle??
Dear Brother agar aap ki bike ki engine se white smoke aa raha hai to ovviously engine ki combustion chamber me engine oil ja raha hai, matlab piston ring beyth geya hai, aap cylinder kit change karlo, sath me timing chain kit bhi, full change karwalo, aur valv vi. Iske ilawa koi bhi tarika zayada din tak nahi tikega. Thank u brother....
