Some how I get the feeling Tim didn’t have to do a lot of arm twisting to keep you on the D6. The 6 sounds and seems to run as good as ever. Good to see Tim again. Thanks for the ride along.
Thems big ears you have there Chris with all that noise you need them. Welcome back Tim missed you, just in time to save Chris nearly falling off the stick. 🇬🇧
Hello Tim! Very Glad to see Tim “Flex his Muscle” and Tell the Boss Man that he’ll Work with Chris ONLY if he gets to Operate the Excavator after Hydraulic Hose is Replaced. 😬👍
Man, with gas and diesel at an all time high, an open cab american iron dozer and no alphabet soup electronics or emissions, it is like you were transported back to the 80s.
Hi Tim. Glad to see you making an appearance again. Hope you're doing well. ETA I'm guessing that hose starting to break down was the source of the oil on top of the boom I saw a week or so back.
Chris said in a previous video that the stick cylinder is leaking but he hasn't got the time to take the machine out of service to get it repacked as he need to get this big project done.
Am investing with expert Charles Wilson, a regulated broker in the US. Met him sometime early last year at a startup funding event. He had some interesting things to say about the state of algorithmic trading today.very obviously I'm seeing the results.
@Anthony all you clowns talking about investing go somewhere else with your bull crap. nonsense not needed here. quit getting on people's sites with this stuff. blow your money if you want all of us here are not.
Glad to see Tim again, glad to see the dozer in working order and you doing your thing as always.property is taking shape for what you’ve had to deal with so far, just a way to go yet.keep it up 😎😎😎👍👍👍
Hey Chris I thought I saw Jesus when you slipped and had to grab the stick. Be careful up there. It sure was good to see Tim again its been a long time glad he could help you for the day. The Cat seemed to be running good hopefully they all stay running good. Have a get evening and enjoy what's left of the 4th. Be careful and safe and God bless you
How wild, last night I was rewatching a drain install on some pond and Tim was in the trench running grade and installing pipe. Good to see he's stayed out of trouble.
On a short hose like that your hydraulic guy is right about the fitting causing a bigger restriction. Replacing a longer hose or multiple shorter hoses with a smaller diameter though and you might start to see some pressure drops.
This. Basic fluid dynamics and you will know when and where you can cut the size. It's the same thing if you do electric wires or want to move poop out of your house.
I love that D6. I’ve spent many many hours eating dust on one of those. When your a 14-16 year old kid, dust is the last thing you care about. Now being almost 40, it’s the complete opposite.
Great video and you all got her done. Thank you for sharing. Having thunderstorms and some rain here in Upper northeast Illinois, with more rain on and off this week.
Love it! And the 6 & 977! Brings back great memories from my younger days Still miss it I’d run er for free just for the fun of it Thanks Chris Good job
@letsdig18. Hey Chris, check the hose on the dozer, your left side and front when seated. It, at the least, needs to be secured higher so that a stray branch does not rip it off. Geoff has enough oil on his patch. 😵😅
Whoa that was close! I think that is the first time i have ever seen Chris nearly have an accident. The place is is looking better every day, thanks to the hard work you gents have been putting in.
You know you're doomed when the camera person doesn't flinch when ya bout ta fall off your excavator and land on the tracks...good catch Chris glad ya didn't mess up my absolute favorite youtube channel!!!
Always a good day when Tim shows up and helps out, though I doubt he had to twist your arm too much for you to be on the D6 all day, lol. It's a beautiful machine. And definitely gets the job done with little effort. It was a great find for you.
Nice to see Tim show up. Definitely looks like Chris is finally seeing daylight at the end of this very long tunnel of struggle bus. So glad this one popped up. 2 more hours till it's fireworks time and my Bebita Wife Maria and I pop the corks on a couple of bottles of Champaign to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary under multiple fireworks shows we can watch in the park beside the lake that's on the east side of our apartment complex. No crowds to bug us.
Breakdowns are so frustrating, especially when looking for parts. Field is coming along nicely! Huge difference in land and can be developed. Great accomplishment! God's blessings and stay safe.
Hey Chris, It was great to see Tim back helping out for a day. Please be careful crawling around on your equipment, especially when its oil covered. Bam Bam is sounding great. Good to see the D6 pushing again. I hope everyone has a great 4th.
I might look very carefully at the buddy hose for that cylinder. It might not have the same hydraulic pressure spikes but it flexes exactly in the same place. Looks like the hose shop added extra hose which may not be a good thing either..
We had several large brush clearing jobs many years ago, like the one in this video, both with D8 California. In both cases we had large rakes welded to the blade via brackets were the brackets could be mounted on the blade and removed when not needed. The brackets worked great to keep dirt from piling up in front of the blade.
Taking shape Chris. Glad to see the D6 running again. Hopefully you will get a break from equipment breakdowns for a while. Always seems to run in groups. Thanks for sharing.
Chris would be be worthwhile to make up your own pipes with the amount of equipment you have. I expect there are too many variables to make it viable. Also is it possible to get a survey showing what vains run through a property and the depths, following on from my mention of the quartz. I do not think it would be shown in deeds, but maybe helpful in future planning.
Almost saw Jesus!!!!! That would have been a bad fall had it not been for the boom. Sure good to see Timmy......hope he is doing well. Great work as always Chris.....Happy 4th.
Great to see Tim again he looks like he is enjoying life in his new adventure but still glad he can make his cameo`s here with you Chris....if I am ever passing by Chris I don`t mind power hosing down the Volvo and giving the Ol girl a good clean from that oil bath she forced on you.....Great Episode has always.....Stay Safe LD18 n Tim
At least this time, the host blowing was not from catching it on a tree... it just decided to die...Yeay! the D6 is back! When you finally get enough rain, you're going to have some very dry seasoned piles... and a few larger than life fireballs..
That rocking over stumps or rocks all day is what makes it so hard on a man. Running the equipment ain’t that bad til ya start being bounced ard all the time. Love to hear them old cats purr.
Good to see Timmy again. I know you said you would rather be in The excavator but you looked at home on the dozer. All you needed was Justin driving Barney . Thanks for the tag along.
Dozer rakes brush up very well, but has a tough time with those stumps. Prolly dry ground doesn't help any either. Enjoyed your time on the dozer.. but don't think I'd like to change places for any length of time.
It is always something with equipment. So glad you didn't fall. Really a huge piece of property to almost clear cut and clean. Thank heaven for a little shower to settle the dust. Hope you had a good 4th of July.
Hi,Chris just watched video .you should have brought your ladder repair that hose.Thank God you didn't get hurt.keep this in mind "Always think smarter"not get hurt on your own equipment.Happy 4th every one,and be safe.
Hi from uk chris👋👍 and hi timmy great to see you back even if just for the day/week👌 hope tims keeping well👍 and chris when you came off the boom that situation between cab roof a lift arm 🙈 I could of swore I felt that nut sack get pinched from here man 🙈 great composure tho 👌 and hope D6 performed as good as it looked and no overheating or leaks 👍 but great job guys 👌 looked like d6 popped few stumps up while pushing too brute 💪 thanks for your time and be safe see you soon👍👋
Nice of Tim to share his holiday with us. Still camera shy yet he will talk up a storm from behind the camera. Good job done now its time for a steak on the grill and lobster in the pot! Happy fourth everyone. Be safe out there!!
Glad you got the Ole gal up and running 🏃♀️. Looking good as always. I know, don't have to say but from being a safety man slash shop Forman all those years .that's dangerous work. Bet you already thinking about clearing screens for her.
Chris a extensionon your exhaust wouldn't hurt. Look how black the frame is... Inhaling those fumes is just not healthy.. Love seeing you work with the old school stuff. Greetings from the Netherlands
