this guy is a master at entertaining crowds while playing incredible music. Mix of genre is so cool and man im a huge hardstyle fan and Timmy Trumpet is one of the only to play some in his sets. Huge show!
Gotta respect a DJ who can switch up the genres and BPM like it was nothing... And then bust out a trumpet I mean c'mon who else does it like the trumpet man. So much energy haha

Ive been in the florida oldskool breakbeat scene for 27 yrs, and in the 90s you didnt even know what the dj looked like, you could'nt even see them behind the dj booth, so nobody was all facing one direction to watch the dj, the real show was on the dancefloor. We were all like turned in facing each other and would have many circles going of bomb ass dancers and breakdancing etc. Very different times indeed :)
No, no, no....the others don't just pretend to turn knobs! They push slides, flip switches, move turn tables, adjust levers and PRETEND to be adjusting or controlling the music. It's such bogus antics. They optimize in studio and then basically press 'play'. Sofi Tucker at least sing along but this guy actually plays a musical instrument, cool!
I personally think this is super cheezy. He says tonight we dance. You can't even dance to this chopped up mess. I much prefer a Dj take you on a ride and let the music do the talking. Proper house music often incorporates some unreal trumpet. Too bad he chooses play nursery rymes on it. Each to their own I guess.
as a dj i can say that its very hard do have a short mix like hes doing shortest mix is 15 seconds to 30 seconds and you have a process to go through to properly mix live bro is up stage jumping and drinking gets down one hand on the mixer and music changes, hes not playing live i think theres no beat off or another element of the other track getting along with track in play i cant even tell what kind of playing this is but for me hes not playing at all.
@@ervingjoni He seems to chain prerecorded segments of the set. For example, the first 5 minutes are entirely prerecorded and played from deck 2. At 5:10 there is a breakdown (deck 2 just ends) and he starts the next segment of his set from deck 3. Add to that some playing around with effects and EQ and there's your live set.

By day 3 of ultra I was exhausted by partying all week. I honestly wasn't sure if I was going to make it through the last day. I'm new to edm and I had no idea who Timmy Trumpet was. Man.....Vini Vici set the tone for me but then trumpet came on and It felt like I had a super strong energy drink laced with crack😂
