I just finished my first shave with the Timor 1325 , the SS long handle version of the same razor. I am speechless. The build quality is excellent and razor gave me a close, irritation free shave. Got a nice BBS in about 4 passes just like Nick. The Timor is not as well known as it's other Solingen cousins - Muhle and Merkur ( from Dovo). I really don't know the reason why :( . I can't recommend this enough.

Alex you are a greatest man. My wife is looking for a present for Christmas, and I gave her a suggestion between the Tatara or the feather AsD2 for a great daily shaving for me with a bit sensitive skin. I can buy them delivered to Switzerland for 150 EUR. I saw befor your review about feather, but the Timor 80 why not?
Its german made apparently. I agree though, the handle does look chinese, but china tends to make clones of other razors. But it certainly isnt priced like a cheap chinese razor.
