It’s crazy that she feels so new to acting and almost undeserving of getting to be in Dune. It is a big film with big stars, lots of anticipation, but she is more than deserving to be in that space. Everyone’s honored to be working with HER. ✨
@@iiiiii7739 this is totally different. Spider-Man is a Fast Cinema Movie that is mainly filmed in front of a green screen. Dune is a blockbuster with only A Listers in their cast and crew. They filmed in the desert and used as little cgi as possible.
Well I think it’s because when she was auditioning for this film and even when they filmed it - euphoria wasn’t out yet; I think only the first Spider-Man and let’s be honest in the Spider-Man film she doesn’t have to show that many acting chops at least so far… and malcom and Marie were she also really roved that she has talent wasn’t out. So I can understand where she was coming from hoenstly at that time she didn’t really have impressive roles under her belt. And I say that as someone who thinks she has great talent.
It’s so funny because you can tell he has a different personality when he speaks French, from picking up on our facial expressions and speaking habits haha Like « ouais » « bref » this is soooo French, he still makes little mistakes here and there of course but the core is definitely 🇫🇷 😂 Edit : I'm bilingual myself so I do switch personalities when switching languages too, it's just funny to see it in other people and on camera !

@@mcveljo When he says "jsuis fou" when talking about his tracking Denis' projects, that's as French as one can get haha. The words, expression, the tone in his voice, I had to replay that several times because that's how you know a part of his family is French, as opposed to someone who would've learned the language with a teacher or something.
we can clearly see that most of what he knos about french languages come from familiarities, not school, and that is why he looks like french when he speaks french

And it's besides the French dancer Benjamin Millepied, husband of Natalie Portman who created this "walk" for the film. I got into it, because unlike the character of Rebecca Ferguson, my character has always known this "walk" and I said to myself that if the fans of the book didn't see me doing this "walk", they would have killed me. FUNNY PART (8:33) Timothee : As it is in French, I take advantage of it 'cause she doesn't understand immediately (Zendaya has an earpiece and the translation arrives with a small delay), and like that she will not correct my words. @@Comprends-ton-Dim oh ok, so I'm Tunisian, it's a country based in north Africa, basically its official language is Arabic but the Tunisian dialect is mixed with arabic language and a little bit of tamazight language (the language of native north africans before arabs came in) and we speak french as a second language because we were colonized by france and of course we speak english, plus in high school you got to learn and an optional language so for the moment I'm learning german too, that's not only in Tunisia but in algeria and morocco too (our neighbors lol) because we're almost the same but there are differences in dialects and that diversity in cultures is due to the strategic and the powerful place we live in that many civilizations and cultures went through that's why we have a very beautiful cultural mix, I hope you got it now, if you're Still interested you can search Tunisia in google and it will give you more detailed answers ☺️

I was very happy watching the interview, when suddenly Timmy mentioned Saoirse and Florence 🤩❤️ and that made my heart explode even more with happiness✨
He says she is one of the greatest actresses of their generation. He says he was lucky to have worked with incredible actors and actresses already, like Saoirse and Florence with whom he got to do promo at the same hotel years prior. And he says Zendaya is a fantastic actress and that he’s not being controversial or whatnot because literally everyone says it and saw how great she was. :)
He started out by saying that since Zendaya can't understand what he is saying immediately and can't contradict him right away he''ll say this in french. He then proceeded to say that she is one of the strongest actresses of his generation and that he was very lucky to get to work with her and other talented actresses such as Saoirse and Florence , and that he had the same great experience working with Zendaya as he did working with Saoirse and Florence. When Tim speaks French he really becomes a Frenchman with his mannerisms and facial expressions. I think it would be good for him to work in France with the French group of filmmakers and artists. it fits naturally with him, and he loses his NY rap personality and becomes more refined and sophisticated.

he is saying basement with a French accent to mean "sous sol" haha so cute, it's actually quite a common mistake for bilingual people to use words that exist in both languages but don't mean the same thing

Zendaya be like Wtf are they saying ? My native tongue is Russian and I grew up in a French speaking part of Canada , so I’m fluent in French as well . When I came to the states I didn’t speak a lick of English so I can totally relate to her here you just feel so out of place .
