He dropped Regis and stunned him like 3 times and still didn't go for the knockout. A knockout just means the punch you couldn't see or prepare to block, that's why the opponents of Devin Haney are more battered and bloody than the opponents of someone like Gervonta Davis who actually knocks most of his opponents out.
