Mr Oriyomi, regarding Timothy's wife and children leaving the country and moving on, I will suggest that she file's an application with the British High Commission in Nigeria, and while filing it, she should write a letter stating everything that happened to her the horrible incident that led to the sudden death of her late husband also the court proceedings and judgment. I believe that if she can get help with putting together all this documentation, she will be granted asylum either in the UK, USA, or canada, and be given given all the support she needs.
