In my opinion , they really need to buff the riot shields, like how guns run out of bullets? The riot shield should break at some point, it’s just ridiculous having a dude sit in a corner all game , win , and have everyone else who just raging

You dont have to wrap it Tim. Season to your preference. Put some oil on it,maybe char a half lemon and/or onion on the grill next to it and get it off when its just done. The foil will sometime keep the smoky flavor from the fish. Cooks quick, pull it when flaky. Or,you can wrap foil on the grill rack and poke holes in the foil then put the fish on

Grouper is best when pan seared or cooked on a flat top. Medium high heat for a lite crust but buttey and flakey interior. Season as you will, blacken, Old bay or Dan O's Chipotle are all great options. Add a small amount of butter and sear on each side 3-4 minutes depending on thickness. Serve over rice or veggies. Grouper also makes some of the best fish tacos.
