Peter - That race was definitely not her opener, it was Tina's 4th 100m race of the season, so 11.36 (-0.2) isn't a time to be excited about! Since her 10.95 (-0.1) PB back in Aug '22, Tina hasn't run faster than 11.19 (0.3) which she ran last July! As Pro Athletes, both Tina & Serena Cole at that meet looked heavier than they should be!
So you think they may be a little over their ideal weight King? I did state I wasn't certain if it was her first or second 100m. As always you bring a fresh perspective lion. Bless up 🙏🏾
@@peterlloydworld She opened up outdoors with two 200m races followed by 4 100m races, so has run a total of 6 outdoor races. Both her & Serena Cole don't look in shape at all, their diet & conditioning needs to be seriously looked at! Tia on the other hand has looked a little better so isn't surprising she was selected ahead of both Tina & Serena for the World Relays Team!
@@AllInTheGame01 look Jamaica is quietly going through their rebuilding stage nicely, none of these young athletes is going to be ready until around the ending of 2025.. The twins Sarina Cole Alana Read karika Hill are all still in there high school body, they are slowly transitioning to the pro's which will take some time for some.. I wouldn't put too much emphasis on the world relay team simply because it's an Olympic year nobody is focusing on that.. The same for the for the male side. these very young Jamaican male sprinters.. Oblique Akeem Bouwahjgie, Rohan Watson Kishane Thompson Raheem Ford, I'm sure I'm leaving out some names, but this year trials will also add new names to the list I'm sure... My point is, in the next 2 years there will be some exciting times for Jamaican track and field.. 9.7s in the 100M is the next stop for some of these men, just imagine that kind of speed so young already?😮
Hmm mentioned this months ago about the twin and Cole out of shape, too heavy but most said leave the girls alone, quit hating, appreciate them! Still sticking by those words and the film don't lie at what I am seeing here. The transition from girls to women body types has to be managed properly and can be unkind sometimes. They will be fine and have to be patient during their development stages. It's going to take about 3 years for them to be fully ready and flying around.
Not sure what you are looking at but she's struggling with that size right now and can't move it fast enough. That's not looking good to me. She's overweight, got to clean up on the nutrition side and her form is falling part. She should still be in load phase but size wise she's overloaded!! We are in April so quit the nonsense about her running faster times when it matters. She's not any of the Big 3 who knows how to manage and turn it on when it matters! She's a younger athlete who's in development stage and is going to struggle for a couple years. Younger athletes need to run quick times early when transitioning from girls to women competition because it creates better confidence within themselves. She's in development mode, a project for now and we all know will get better but right now her body only knows between 11.1 - 11.4 and that won't get you no place close anytime soon!
@onemanagainsttheworld1630 why u keep comparing her with the so called "big 3" give the girl a rest ,all her high school life she only ran fast times when it matters and she said it in interviews omg yall sickening now
@@simonemitchell6786 she's not in high school anymore and you're missing the point. You my dear is using emotions and not looking at logics. If you think she's going to go from running 11.4's and start running 10.8's then you need to really study track and field!! You're using sickening for no real logic at all period. Is she a consistent 10.90 runner? NO & No!! So how is she going to turn it on when her body has never hit those levels before?? High school times drop dramatically yes but pro level times are different. Go look it up before you get in your feelings.
Yeah I don't know what Peter is talking about as he sounds more like a cheerleader than an analyst! You just need to watch their races to see they're both clearly not in good physical shape as Pro Athletes!
@briangibson94 what you fail to realize is that these girls are still in their teenage bodies, the same for Akeem Blake, he hasn't fully transition over to his adult body yet.. Some people take at least 3 years to make that transfer.. Akeem Blake is the smallest of them running that fast already his ceiling is very high lucky for him..
I'm sorry 😞 but she is moving up into woman👩🦱hood & with that her weight also, which seems to be all in her thighs 😏, which means her weight will probably need some adjustment, her diet will probably need some adjustment & that may be a problem for the youngster, change can be a mental hard adjustment, & even harder to do to most people, just saying, this is my tid-bit observation from a far off👌🏻!!! Amen 🙏 !!!
The Clayton twins are not transitioning very well to the professional circuit....I think they shud have gone on the U. S. collage circuit instead of pro
@mryee2986 🤷Maybe, maybe not, they can still explore other options 🤔?; The girls are going to have to get a grip on their reality & whoever is being their care takers gonna have to consider their mental attitude bout the situation, not all kids can deal with all that goes along with success, also when kids win early & don't have to work extremely hard for their teenage success, & then once grown, body changes & the competition is on a much higher level & now all of a sudden you are not the lead "Captain" of the ship, you now have to work & work your ass off to get into the game, cause now you are dealing with other said Champions & everybody is giving their all to bring out their best self, one didn't have to do that in one's teen years, then once that dominance is no longer so obvious & one now has to work & work hard, many don't want to deal with that pain & time & sacrifice, so usually you never hear from them again, especially after having their asses handed to them in major competition 🙉🤷👌🏻!!! "END OF GAME"😳!!! Amen!!! work
@@herbalman6337 All these people what are expecting these girls to make the transition of the snap of a finger. They with the people who really knows what they are doing, When Frano got Sherika Johnson Elaine Thompson nobody knew anything about them because they wasn't stars in high school so nobody was putting timestamps on their body, he took his time and build them from nothing..
