@@ayu24222bro no offense but you should read more and not debate here.There is a vast difference of powers between a cm and a dm.A cm can easily remove any civil servant such as dm,sp from his/her post with appropriate reasons.A cm is head of legislature for the state while a civil servant is the part of executive who takes order from the legislature and is responsible for the execution of the orders.The DM cannot simply talk to a CM of whole state.Instead he coordinates with MPs and MLAs
@@VM03936 Brother do you know the meaning of 'Saikro' and do you know exactly how many ias officers are there in the country 😅...So, for your kind information brother there are only 3.5k ias officers all over India and we have 28 states and 8 union territory and now if you could use your calculation skills then it's clear that a state would have nearly 100-125 ias officers according to their size excluding 8 union territories not saikro.
