Thank you Tina S for introducing Beethoven to modern music listeners. A deaf 30 year old who wrote this 220 years ago. There was no electric guitar back then but had there been he would have been the world's first rock musician. Not only did she play this clean and fast and easily but it was NINE MINUTES LONG!! Amazing. Hope to hear more from her.

She is the best in so many aspects; she outplays the competition;.she is super cool in her playing - barely looks at the instrument when she’s playing it. Best of all, she shuts the mouths of the “critics” A fantastic guitarist I would love to see more from

I've watched countless Tina S reaction videos and the average response has been dumbfounded speechlessness. Most of the time I've had to wait a full thirty seconds after the lightning speed guitar playing ceased before the reactor came to their senses enough to say something "brilliant" like, "Jeez, that was good wasn't it?" Actually, their silence spoke more eloquently about what they experienced than words ever could. This is what I think happens to us while watching Tina S covers. Our brains begin to roast when 450 degrees of Tina S quadruple-speed guitar virtuosity is applied to them. We have to hit the stop button every thirty seconds to allow a cooling process to take place lest our brains sizzle out of control and melt. Tina S is performing guitar shredding impossibilities right before our very eyes. Hence, our confusion. Tina S, in our minds, is just too dang young to be playing that good! The average person can't swallow the theory that practice alone got her to that level of amazingness. A gift from God? Probably. At least that's my view. There have been two good Tina S reaction responses that caught my eye. 1. I think the "S" in Tina S stands for SPED UP! 2. "Watching Tina S play should be the easy part and her playing should be the hard part. But my experience was that watching her was the hard part because her playing appeared to be the easy part." Weird. But true. Afterthoughts. Tina has been negatively accused of being emotionless while playing. Granted, she doesn't gush with emotion like your average rock guitarist but here are three reasons why she acts that way. REASON 1. Tina S is NOT a rock guitarist. She's a classically trained guitarist. Notice how she has her guitar propped up on her left leg. Classical guitar style all the way. Classical guitarists are prim and proper and subdued on stage. Tina is probably mimicking the great classical guitarist Segovia's expression while playing not Angus Young's. By the way, Tina IS expressing emotion, it's literally pouring out of her instrument. REASON 2. Tina is not performing on a rock stage with 30,000 lunatic fans expecting guitar virtuosity and gobs of emotion. She is performing in a simple studio with one cameraman as her audience. She doesn't need to perform rock star stunts like playing the guitar with her teeth, or setting it on fire, or biting off the heads of bats. She's just playing the damn thing! Better than anyone that I've ever seen. REASON 3. The third reason why Tina isn't showing emotion is because what she's doing is easy. Yes, easy. How much emotion do you show while tying your shoe laces? Zero. Right? Why? Because tying your shoes is easy. You don't grimace and squint and bite your lower lip while tying your shoes because you don't need to and it would be weird if you did. Tina doesn't grimace and squint and bite her lower lip while shredding the guitar because she doesn't need to. The end.

I love how visually you see little emotion on her face yet in all her music that all drains into the guitar pulling you in making you part of her emotion. Love all her music. and she made zero mistakes! FYI...I noticed on your channel you don't seem to react to actual bands or groups, which is fine...I'm just saying that if you loved this insanely incredible guitar from Tina S. then you will probably love to watch the official video from the group Dragonforce for their song Through the Fire and Flames. The song overall is truly beautiful and it's well put together musically...but the 2 lead guitarists (yes, there's 2 of them) do such an incredible job at shredding it you will be amazed. Then you can go find a different version of that same song that has 2 cameras only watching the drummer and see how the drummer is every bit as amazing on the drums as the 2 guitarist...and all that not to take anything away from the rest of the group, as I said the entire song overall is just masterful!

I don't know howe much you are into classical music but you should definitely try and listen to Beethoven's symphonies (All Nine) and his string quartets (especially the four late ones). They are all fantastisk. Especially considering that he was deaf when he wrote them.

There is not enough time in the world to be that good at anything at 16 years old based solely on practice.. You have to be born with something that can't be taught. That something called talent....
@Kirkunik1
@Kirkunik1 4 года назад
@@ZATennisFan I completely agree. But...talent potential can't be reached without the work put in. Dimash is self driven. His passion, depth, creativity, environment, family, looks, physique, intelligence, character, energy and work ethic all play a part. Without any of these features...Dimash may not be where he is today. I say practice because like any virtuoso....he lives and breathes his craft. He sings everywhere all the time. Not just set practice times. It is as much a part of his life as walking and talking. Most young people today....dumbed down and lazy by technology and without respect for hard work really don't realize what it takes to master an instrument much less possess much in the way of substance and depth creativity.. It doesn't take much to be famous today. One thing about Dimash. He will have earned his fame. I cannot say that about most entertainers today. Dimash will be among the greats in history.
@ZATennisFan
@ZATennisFan 4 года назад
@@Kirkunik1 In full agreement. But that is what talent is. It's that unique combination of gifts that gives you a headstart on other people. If you take a Malcolm Gladwell's 10 000 hours theory as a a baseline the person who is better at something after 10k hours can be said to have more talent at the start than their competitors. At least thats my definition of talent..
