@j4Rose that song wouldn't exist without Cher's Believe. In fact, Cher has helped Tina in more than a few ways over the years. Cher influenced Tina to leave Ike, and she was one of the few people who stood by Tina's side after their breakup. Cher repeatedly invited Tina to sing on her TV show even though Tina was flopping very hard at the beginning of her solo career, and that TV exposure secured Tina a few live gigs here and there to support herself and pay for her lawyers before her big comeback ten years later. Without Cher, things would have been even harder for Tina at the time. It's your right to dislike Cher, but as a Tina admirer, you should at the very least respect the lady. Also, Cher is legendary in her own right, but her enormous legacy speaks for itself. 😘
