Tineco A11 Hero HEPA Air Filter Replacement 

I purchased new hepa filters on Amazon, but could not find a video describing how to replace the filter until I came across yours. Thank you so much!

Thank you. The Phillips screw wasn’t obvious to me. Is the original filter (with the metal mesh) reusable after cleaning? BTW, I’ve had my Tineco for about 3 years and its been fantastic. I’ve been washing the other filter regularly. But finally, I received a filter replacement kit.

love this vacuum but the filters just clog so fast... thanks for the video. our filter was so full of lint that we didn't even see the screw

It's frustrating that you instruct us to replace the HEPA filter every three months, however, you don't see it individually. Only as a kit with the other pre-filters. I already have two, I maintain them properly, and they don't need replacing. Only need the HEPA Filter. This seems like a money-grab from your company and I'm disappointed.
