Designed to increase concentration and focus while using brown noise to provide tinnitus relief. Increase focus and concentration levels with beta wave isochronic tones, combined with a minimal techno playlist and brown noise. Part of my Study Focus isochronic tones series.
Isochronic tones produce a stronger and more powerful brainwave entrainment effect compared to binaural beats study music tracks or standard music.

How Does it Work?
This upbeat study music is mixed with isochronic tones in the 14-17Hz beta frequency range and it's designed to help to boost your focus and concentration levels. It's an ideal study aid music session when you want to increase your focus while studying, reading, or engaging in any mentally taxing activity over a longer period.
New randomized frequencies
You can view an image showing how the isochronic tones session is constructed at the start of the video.
My Study Focus isochonic tomes session typically contains frequencies between 14-17Hz. With this track I have randomized the frequencies within a similar close range of 13.6Hz to 17.4Hz. This will help prevent habitation for long-term users of this particular frequency range. So your brain doesn't get to use to the same frequencies.
► If you are new to this type of audio brainwave entrainment, find out how isochronic tones work and how they compare to binaural beats here: www.mindamend.c....
Why Isochronic Tones are Superior to Binaural Beats
When measured on an EEG, binaural beats produce only a very tiny response in the brain and have minimal impact on brainwave driving. Isochronic tones produce a much more pronounced and distinct sounding beat, which makes them a more superior and effective tool for brainwave entrainment purposes. You can read more about isochronic tones and how they compare to binaural beats here: www.mindamend.....
Headphones are NOT required for this video.
How Should You Listen to This?
Use this instrumental study music track while you are actually studying, reading or working on a task. Although you don't need headphones you may find using them more helpful if you are listening in a noisy work or study environment.
How Loud Should The Volume Be?
Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.

If I could only have access to one RU-vid channel, I would easily choose this one because without it I’d be SOL 😂

I could have sworn it was somewhere in northern England or the British Isles, especially with all of that slate. Great choice, Jason! It's like enjoying a mini exploratory vacation while working away in front of the computer. Thank you!@@MindAmend

how does this help with tinnitus?
@MindAmend
@MindAmend 7 месяцев назад
People with tinnitus often use white, pink and brown noise tracks to help mask out the sound of their tinnitus. One drawback with listening to noise tracks like those is the lack of variety. Especially if you listen to them a lot. I had a request from a tinnitus sufferer to combine brown noise with a techno track. To help make listening to brown noise more interesting for them. That’s how this came about.

My Dad suffers from Tinnitus. I just discovered this channel too last night when I couldn’t sleep but remembered that brown noise can help with sleep. Now I know this channel is going to be of good use. Thanks

I have tinitus for years, not loud, does not affect my life much but it's constant background noise. I do like the music but this triggered my tinitus more and even my ears started to hurt a bit. Did anyone experienced this?

You are AMAZING! Some of the best study and focus music. I used to predominantly listen to ADHD focus frequencies but have been indulging in your isochronic tones. I am a huge fan of techno, house, and all that type of EDM! Keep up the great work Jason!
