FULL RECIPE BELOW:
1.In a pre heat large pot, pour 1 tbsp of oil, sauté 2 cloves of small slice garlic, 1/2 cup of strips slice ginger and small chop onion leaves.Cook for 5 minutes until fragrant.
2.Throw to the pan 1/2 kg of chicken, sauté and continuous stir until chicken is lightly browned on all sides.
3.Seasoned with 1 tbsp of salt and pour 2 cups of water.Much better if you have fish sauce for more flavorful taste.Bring to a boil, then lower heat and let it simmer until the chicken is cooked about 40 minutes.
4.Add slice green papaya or sayote.Continue to simmer until vegetables are tender for about 10 minutes.
