What a good patient! It seemed like he had given up, but perked up and calmed down when his rescuers arrived. Thank you so much for saving this little cutie!🦭😍🙏
The fact that they even got near his mouth with his hands and he didn’t bite says a lot. He basically gave up on everything. He knew that, even if they were predators, he couldn’t do anything and just accepted it.
@@sandesh9240 Clearly the pup was disoriented. While they gave the pup a fighting change, it should have taken beyond the distractions of the rocks and released in the water.
The relief after being rescued frim this slow agonising death are beyond words. Imagine trapped, unable to move, hungry and punished by elements plus biting insects. Bless you all for finding and rescuing this little baby seal. Great work guys.
I am hoping you put another rock into that space so another pup seal doesn’t get trapped. That was a wonderful rescue that saved that poor pup from dying a slow death.

Seal pups will always find a way to get in trouble. :)
Great job! The problem with animals getting trapped is that they often swell up when struggling to get free, which is why you wonder how they got into that position in the first place when it's so hard to get them out again.
Oh if you ever get a finger or an arm or something, stuck in a ring/hole/pipe/tube/etc. make sure to hold the item úp and the fingers/arm too, Many people point their hand *down* and hope that it helps with the item falling off, but it just makes the blood stream towards the fingertip. Put the finger/arm up in the air, the item too and either put olive-oil on there (careful, it can make the ring slippery too and that makes things more difficult) or use the technique with the rope (twisting it around the finger and making the finger thinner this way, it's online.) And keep calm, if it's your finger (or tell the person to keep calm.) That way, the ring or tube or item will fall off the quickest.
Another issue is many animals have a strong instinct to try to run forwards if they're scared, so backing out sometimes doesn't even occur to them. And with seals I'm not sure how good they physically are at moving backwards - everything in their body seems designed to go forwards.
Gracias a Dios que lo pudieron rescatar. Deberían conducirlo para que pueda reunirse con los suyos. Dios bendiga a ésas persona que se dedican a salvar vidas.
@@tomspeed3354 And you know this how? Maybe it's true - I don't know. But your comment just reeks of cynicism. It's equally possible the little guy got caught of his own accord - these things happen, with or without human intervention.
Okay, that was THE MOST STRESSFUL rescue EVER! I was so afraid the little pup wouldn't be freed... but I juped up and down with joy when you helped him. Well done, everyone!!!
all that flat beach and he was still sliding through the rocks haha..aww bless him....thank you guys for everything you do..youre angels..please dont ever stop helping them..they need you xxx
Animals are generally good at avoiding bad experiences. There are actually certain moths that have evolved to taste bad so that after eating them bats will avoid them in the future because of the bad memory - it doesnt save the first moth but it does save many more!
Thought that to till i saw his brothers and sisters all around that rock. Then I thought maybe this pup is the bad kid in the family and mom has to keep putting him there when they go out to eat. Because last time they left him alone he went out and lost the cloth necklace family heirloom.
Очень переживала за тюлененка!!! Не сомневалась, что ваша команда его спасёт!!! Какие умные, красивые и испуганные у него глазки! От него и меня благодарности!!!
*_Fascinating bit of Baby Seal info: that they can go for DAYS, alone and unfed, while their mother is foraging offshore._* Remarkable; something that I would never have thought possible. With OTHERS here, I hope for the best regarding its REUNION with its mother; at which time the little one will have an amazing story to tell, about which his mother may justifiably be just a bit skeptical. [Haha!] Anyway, thank all you OCN guys and gals for the rescue, resulting in a young life extended; a life now re-opened to all kinds of possibilities and wonders.
That poor baby and he must be terrified! I hope he wasn’t stuck there for a long time and hope he can find his Mom…he’s adorable and I just wanna cuddle him so he’ll know he’s safe. I know people don’t carry cooking oil around in their back pockets but pouring oil all over the pup’s neck area would make him slide out much easier. I’m so happy you saved the little man because he would have died if he was left there much longer.🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Ahh the poor baby pup!!! How old would you. Say he was?? What a sweetheart💖 Thanks goodness you Naude, Wally, Tony and Denzil came and found him!!!. A warm Hug and blessings from the USA to all of you!!!🤗💙🇺🇸
I just discovered this site, watched several rescues, I've just got to say people like you are heaven sent. You represent the absolute best nature that a human being can express! May God bless all of you 🙏 ❤️ true hope bringers!! Amazingly positive .
That was so stressful to watch! I am so glad you were able to hear him and free him so he could find his mother and have a chance to grow. My first thought, honesty, was that he was a bit like a little kid getting his head stuck between the banisters!
Hello my OCN Fam.. You all have a beautiful gift of helping the seals and wildlife.. Thank you for all that you do.. I am happy you all were able to get the baby out from in-between the rocks. Have a most wonderful day ,, much love to my OCN Fam :)
Oh my goodness! He was so tiny when he finally popped out, not to mention vocal! I'm glad you followed him and made sure to herd him away from the rocks. He seems to have found his mom/buddy at the end. Sweet babies!!
Wow what a different kind of ENTANGLEMENT. That was really hard to watch for me, but i had too. I knew OCN would rescue him ( he was so tiny) I hope and pray he will get his strength back, I just wanted to pick him up, but like Naude said "he has teeth" ( contrary what Tony believes) Thanks again OCN❤❤❤ Stay safe wherever you are❣🙏
Jus amazes me how ppl are able to find inicidents like this and be right in the nick of time to save these poor damn animals/mammals etc . Just awesome 👏
I almost had a heart attack when it looked like he was going to go wedge himself in another rock crevice for a second there, lol. Sweet baby. Thank you for rescuing them!
It hurts deeply to see what happens to seals but I send blessings to all of you for you giant angel wings and hearts for helping them, god bless you all!
I was on the edge of my seat for this and there wasn’t even some tense stalking, or dramatic last minute netting 10yrds from the beach! Great job guys!
That was an extremely happy ending for that little pup, actually it is with your kind hearts that thousands of seals live to swim and fish another day.. I used to watch the occasional video of your rescue work in between videos of my passion or hobby, antique woodworking tools. Now I watch videos of seal rescues most evenings. I would like to hear you all have incomes to match some of the sportswomen and men, but alas life doesn’t reward true heroes. You all work wonderfully as a team of people who have sympathy for the injured and respect for all living things.. May your gods bless you all and all you love.
You guys are incredible! I can't stop watching. I wish I could out there to help save these pups. I realize this is very hard and challenging work, but worth all the rewards. God Bless!
Thank you for your RESCUE. You all countine to amaze us with your unconditional love for the Animals of this World, Thank you for all you do, with love from San Francisco, California
