I think it is a good idea to carefully plan out how to build a garden before building a garden. Regarding myself I am in the process of planning how I will be getting my food, but I am not only doing what I said with my time. The mistakes I made, and the mistakes other people made is something I have been learning from, so hopefully if I can get an opportunity to build a garden then I will be able to minimize, or maybe eliminate common problems people had, and have including me. I made mistakes when I started to learn how to grow food, and it is a good thing I was able to learn what I did wrong. I made various different mistakes, so I am currently trying to solve the problems I had. I also had a chance to learn from other people's mistakes, so I am grateful, for this opportunity!
That’s a great plan to follow. I’ve learned from many mistakes I’ve made and continue the learning process. The only way to proceed is just learn all you can and jump in with both feet running
@@deepriverfarm3615 The problem with learning this way is that it can make someone move backwards in life. The mistakes I made cost me the lives of my plants. I eventually learned there was, so much more I did not know about growing, so it is a good thing I stopped growing after my plants died. If I would have continued growing after all of my plants died without me knowing what I know now then I would have wasted more money, and I would have continued killing my plants.
I heard of a lot of large farms are struggling with their corn crop this season and you know what that means...here goes the prices for a bunch of stuff for consumers. I wasn't sure how my corn would make so I only planted one 20' row but I did it in the ground early and it turned out real good. Hope yall able to get enough.
This will mean a gas increase will be coming as well. Animal feed prices will increase as well. I’m sure lots of the bigger farms will just file an insurance claim and plow it under. If a lot do that consumers are not going to like that.
@@Michellbeam thank you. We finally started getting some actually a ton now but we really missed the rain when it was crucial to the plants producing stage. It was ideal during pollination but the drought plus triple digit temperatures devastated our gardens. I hate you can’t go back and see those videos if you missed them.
