I like tile as well, I'm always sad when the house flipper's or 'improvers' go in an tear out a beautiful tile job and stick in laminated wood or worse carpet :/ We'll let you know when we have your tiled quarters ready ;)
It's actually a Harbor Freight nailer, not enough green for the other red ;) It works great, never had it jamb and only a few misfires in thousands of nails. Well 2 minutes when it's running at about 20x :P Took more like 40 minutes on the wall clock ;)
Thanks! Yes, we've actually spent a night in there :) No permits needed for anything except some septic systems out here. That is actually one of the primary reasons we chose this area.
Right now we're building and doing little stuff to make a few bucks. I have done internet related stuff since the mid 90's so if need be I can do that again. Internet is great we use Big Bend Telecom and get about 20Mbps. That isn't fast compared to the 150Mbps we got in Minnesota but it's more than we use. Even a couple streams will take 10Mbps and other stuff uses very little bandwidth so 20Mbps is fine.
