Noticed so many stairs. For seniors,.they may have difficulty walking up the stairs. Likewise, consider.also adding the covenience of a toilet on every floor. Smaller space means easier to.clean. lovely design
Excellent! ❤ It would be a blessing to retire in this lovely home! One teensy issue: I would gladly sacrifice a little roof deck space for an upstairs toilet!

This is the 2nd video I saw of your designs. I must say you deliver you don’t disappoint just like the first one very impressive. Liked the scripture verses on the wall & on paintings. Jer 29:11 is one of my favorite verses. Very different aesthetics but also very beautiful. But I prefer the first house I saw. I think it’s the color palette you used in the first house makes the house very fresh clean & airy.

Hi I have a lot of 983 sq.m. on a hillside with frontage of 30 meters, 5 meters of which fronts the road. From the road the topography is going up a hill in a slope. May I request if you can share a 2 storey open space villa design with an total area of about 150 sq.m. Please assume you own this place and what would be your ideal design. Pretty but no privacy for the occupant of the sedcond bedroom without a door on the room (and no sound barrier if they're trying to sleep while someone else is up late watchign TV downstairs). I never feel open plan living/kitchen/dining areas are very practical for everyday life where different people want/need to be doing different things in separate rooms, not all in the same room, with whatever noise they are making (TV, radio, clattering pans) drowning out whatever the other is trying to do.
