Great as magnets, earrings and for wrapping decoration on gifts. I make the larger ones for that and also use larger ones with elastic as junk journal closure.

Pretty, and cute! But, if you are cutting.off the last little fold, you may as well say the strips need to be 7 1/2", and not have to waste the extra 1/4" length.
