Roger Dee Reynolds from WTAY in Robinson, Illinois catches up with Tiny Tim while on tour with the Hoxie Bros. Circus in 1984. The interview was broadcast from a house next to Washington Park, where the circus was held, at 701 North Robb Street.
There are a couple of clues that led me to the date of this interview is being Monday, September 24, 1984. It is mentioned that the circus will be in Vincennes the following day, which would be Tuesday, September 25th. I found the front page of the Vincennes Sun-Commercial on newspapers.com with the circus on the front page that was published Wednesday, September 26th. At the end of the interview Roger Dee thanks Tiny Tim for the interview "on this Monday afternoon".
