Another crisis facing the people of St Ives is the Second Home Crisis that is ongoing in Cornwall, raising House Prices and the cost of House Rentals to unprecedented levels leaving many locals within St Ives without the ability to purchase or even live in the town that they grew up in further heightening tensions between the Local community and the Tourists. As I wondered the cobbled streets of St Ives, it was obvious to me why this resort is renowned as one of the Best Seaside Towns in the UK.
