+Hell4u14 - Minecraft & more! 1. Learn to randomly press WASD while aiming your crosshair at the target. It's called strafing. :P 2. Clicking fast is recommended as servers may have a small amount of lag which removes the maximum clicks per second you can do, thus letting you land more hits (Combo) 3. If you can click fast go in from one side of your opponent and move your mouse inwards to start a combo. (example if you go left move mouse right and vice versa) 4. If you are low on health just back away fast by jumping and holding S when he hits you. This will make you literally fly backwards and avoid death. Run away. 5. Using a bow is a staple of PvP in most game modes. There's no fast way to get good at this so just practice. 6. Some people say that 1.7 has a more consistent knockback than 1.8. If you intend to combo you could give that a try.

BeardedNutria19 jumping is probs the worst thing u could ever do in a pvp fight. I'm not going to say why cause there are some people who still haven't caught on to it. people think that the critical hits do stuff, but all i am going to say is the lower ground gives u more hits

+LYNX Beatingo no it looks like your hurting them more but trust me this goes back to the block hit. when you swing a sword you slow down a slight bit. also the faster you click the more it takes up hunger. so swinging slightly slower can save your life.
