Edit: Forgot to mention how to Build Regard!!!! - Performing Intrigue to trade court actions for Regard with the person in that Court Position. Assist costs lots of gold for 60 regard, while Gossip is free just 1 court action for 20 regard. Gossip is the recommended way of generating regard.
