This dish is so easy to prepare. Less effort. Lasts a long time too. I normally do this with salmon and mackarel. but this time I experimented and tried it with common fish like the tilapia and the bangus. I caught these myself and they are a little bit small. Knowing this kind of cooking would tenderize everything, I thought it would be best to cook these fishes this way so as to minimize waste.

Remember that you can adjust the amount a little bit depending on your taste or the amount of fish you're cooking. Here are the ingredients...
*Fish (depends on your liking)
*2-3 cups of water (depends on the amount of fish you are cooking/just enough to adequately submerge the fish)
*carrots
*onions
*2 pcs bay leaves
*2 tsp salt
*1/2 tsp ground black pepper
*2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
*2 tbsp vinegar
*1 small pack of tomato sauce 90 grams (optional)
