I love you Shake for posting this and making this available to the public. I caught a fever before the weekend started and had to sell my tickets and miss the entire show. You posting this made me content for what I missed considering we are getting close to Tipper's well deserved retirement. I missed possibly one of the most connecting and magical fests of all time, and you are the one person I can count on to bring it to us. Also give Garrett R. Some love, hes a highschool homie of mine, I love that dude and I hope yall are friends forever :).
It is really such a crazy feeling when you listen to songs like tippers all the time and you have so many daydreams and get through daily drives and its just the music to your life then you see them in person and you realize how much one person has made an impact on your life. you hear that song you listen to all the time and feels like you have always been at that concert and now your just physically there.
and Charles the First was making better tunes than Tipper. Rough scene, I dunno Tipper has gotten real whompy in the last few years, not as vibing imo but it's good and hella people like it.
@@psysurreal8513 that's a weird comparison dawg, Charles and tipper are in two completely different realms. If we're talking genuine production skill then tipper is definitely light years ahead of Charles (may he rest in peace) so once again weird comparison dude. And if we're being honest Charles made way more "whompy" music than tipper ever has lol especially in his last album
@@psysurreal8513 Charles the First is more on the CloZee / Of the Trees side of bass music. Ignoring the subgenre differences Tipper's sound creation is literally unmatched by anyone on Earth. The guy literally made his own subgenre, if not a whole separate genre. It's primarily for those who love psychedelics. Aside from sound creation his design, layering, mixing, and scratching are all well beyond Charles as well. It's not an insult to Charles. Tipper has been doing this for longer than Charles was alive, and he only keeps getting better. He's untouchable.
Been a fan of Tipper since 1997. He is uniquely cutting edge of sound all these years. Very talented, and very humble. I met him in person about 10 years ago, finally, in Portland Connecticut. Also my first time hearing a set on a Funktion One sound system.
I don’t know how we’re all going to top that weekend . God bless you sir , i’ve literally witnessed your journey for the past like six years along with you, brother
always started as a place to store and save my videos to rewatch later, never thought it would ever get this big, truly fills my heart to share such a unforgettable experience with everyone
this video warms my heart. the ending og this show had me in a full circle with my new friends I had met. I just lawn chaired it out for this shoe and oh man it was a good one.
49:53 is hands down one of my favorite new tracks I’ve ever heard from him. I was dead sober for this set and I felt like I was levitating when he played this.
Yeah, Tipper is a god. But it took me a while to get really into his music. My first Tipper album was jettison mind hatch and it really took a while for me to get into this style of music. For some reason it was kinda hard to listen to more than 2 songs in 1 sitting without taking a break :-).
Thank you shake n bake. Been almost 10 years and a night ago it felt like time to take the medicine. I really needed it and your post helped me heal. Much love thank you from the bottom of my ❤️
tipper is by a wide margin my favorite artist and i scour events i cant make it to even if it is bad quality. thank you from the bottom of my soul for this. been to tnf Suwannee and this made me at home, envious i couldnt make it, but ultimately gain a deeper appreciation for tipp. I love everything about this
I had the worst migraine and usually cannot enjoy any music or noise. I pressed play and just wanted to say thank you for the soothing sound and the beautiful relaxing visuals. ❤😊
Something’s been different about Dave’s music since Jettison Mind Hatch. His production got modernized and it’s the best it’s ever been. I love his new sound
