TMC... like that.... once a year. I clean the barrel every time, and general wipe-down.... Gtek... every time i play... but bolt only, regulator maybe 3-4 times a year. Solinoid - never touched one...
The Elite is exactly the same.... The handguard is metal, but it attached exactly the same way. The only difference is where the air comes in, but it's a pretty simple difference - a pipe that used to go down, now goes to the stock. The actual maintanance is the same
TakuacheMatt 69 not really. You can screw the tank in directly into the marker. I would recommend getting a remote line, so that you can put the tank on your back. But you don’t have to.....
U need a tank, u need more magazines if u are playing magfed, or a hopper if u are playing that... 1. Get a really good mask. Mask is numero uno 2. Tmc 3. Tank (i run .68, a big one, i shoot a lot) 4. Hopper/ magazines. No Need to get fancy. 5. Vest/pack. To keep the ammo The rest is optional... 6. Remote line. Cable that runs from tank to tmc. Dont need it, but it is good to have 7. Dump pouch. For empty mags
On the tmc - empire stock barrel from axe pro... It's a little quiter than the tippmann stock one... Shoots about the same tho. Had a freak barrel in it at some point - that one is much better. But the handguard did not fit that well
In my opinion (and it dont mean much), as long as the barrel is ok quality (i mean it is not a knock off china made bs) - its all about bore size...if you want accuracy. Haven't seen paint bigger that 684 in a looong time. Stock barrel is 690.
@@KillaMurda1871 another thought... First strike rounds are 683. So if you get a 684 or 683 barrel - you can shoot round ball and if you upgrade to something fsr shooting at some point, it will still work great for you. I like dye and pe barrels myself, dont know about all those lapco and nemesis ones, inserts are great, but i havent changed mine in a year... Tmc is 98custom threaded, i have an autococker to 98 adapter, it works. Fat barrels might not fit throught the handguard..
Sorry, missed the comment... I don;t bother with the stock... but it is easy to remove. 1 screw to remove the stock from buffer tube, and the buffer tube comes out once you split the marker in two parts. You can put a spacer there. Or buy an air thru stock, it will replace the buffer tube and the silver metal tube (with the same tube but goes to the stock instead of the bottom of the grip. The tricky part is putting all the linkages back together properly (took me 3 tries the first time, 5 the second time)). The key for me was - make sure the bolt is not up-side-down)
