I say get the skilled perk as your first perk as it allows you to put WAY more points into skills than otherwise.

It's good too if you get it first but it will take 4 levels to get other perks which is far more important that's why I only get the skilled perk after I got the other important perks :)

Alright Speech, Lockpicking and Driving ☑️ Bookworm already had, Extra XP and Backpack to get now Lucky child and Aim related perk maybe later after I get scavenger because i need to sell and buy more stuff

ok I feel like I can handle myself really good, but I'm trying to get skills that reduce fuel consumption, does speed demon save me fuel?

They bait you in their alien rifle inside a barrier then once you touch it you get electrocuted, And they go there to pick you up with their UFO, They do something to your body and organs by removing some of them (weird) and then just leave you on the ground again, This is an enctouner when you are going on another lcoation
