Those are some great ideas! I love the light source inside the oven. And putting your own pictures on the paintings is awesome. I didn't know you could do that. My wife really loved the painting I hung of her in the great hall. 🙂
My non-gamer laptop couldn't even run this software well enough to make a basic ruined temple. What kind of beast are you running this monster layout on?

Question: I'm up to making the battle map in your instruction - How do you make the cursor do the area select? I'll google it, but maybe some other novices like me don't know. Thanks in advance. Edit: Windows + Shift + S, right? Or do you do something else?
On my MAC it is COMMAND + SHIFT +4 then I can draw it exactly the area that I want for the screen shot. Windows may have a different set up but it will let you select the area you want. I like to select a little more which means that I then need to add some to it when I resize in photoshop, usually eyeball it at 10-20% larger
