Our experiences with two different i Buyers were: (1) very inaccurate listings, (2) addendums that require the buyer(s) to waive state required disclosures, (3) lots of fees, (4) dozens of meaningless emails about piffle, (5) adding extra "unfinished" square feet to the total square feet of the house, (6) overall grade: D-minus.
We've seen painted-over obvious foundation damage, an un-grounded gas-powered water heater, a DYI gas water heater inside a closet in a bedroom, and on and on . . .
I am negotiating with them for my first home and they have marked the price so high above the other homes in the area. Although the house has been on the market for 6 months, they are not budging. It’s not even reasonable! 🤬
