Every competitive powerlifter I see is not only humble but intelligent. Every pro bodybuilder I see is douchey and stupid (with the exceptions of Coleman and Kai Greene). Yet the lifting community flocks to the bodybuilders. Why is this?
Because most people that lift, want to look like they lift. Bodybuilders look like they lift. A lot of time, power lifters don't have great muscle definition.

Great advice. I have found that removing the metal ball makes less air bubbles, however if the protein does not mix well then it is better to use it (you just have to wait longer for the air bubbles to go away) because protein clumps are just nasty.

i am doing a slow bulk since last year gained 13 kgs .personally i like to give a gap of 1.5 hrs after dinner before sleeping .also i never eat in the middle of the night .i eat all my food when i am awake .it wouldn't be comfortable for me otherwise .
Do you drink before, after or during meals? I feel like if I drink during or just after a meal I'm just washing it away as well as diluting the enzymes.
I almost never eat food for the taste.. I usually drink blended shakes with bananas, oats, chocolate milk and olive oil. One thing that I picked up from Brandons book The Cube Method was to drink more chocolate milk. Nowadays I drink almost 1/2 gallon of chocolate milk a day and I have seen amazing weigh gains since I started making my caloric intake more efficient.
What age and wt. class are you? When you do a clinic, does the majority of kids want to talk about steroids, I explain at the beginning of class that I wouldn't discuss legit steroid use with anybody until they had trained naturally for at least 2 years
+jimishmong Break it down the equation is 1 qt=1 liter=1000cc or 32oz. 64oz=1/2gallon. 1gallon =128oz. Buy a 1/2 measure cup at Dollar General, it's easier to measure your supplement out in?
Try this for digestion: have a glass of warm water with one tbsp of apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 1 tsp of Manuka honey as soon as you wake up and before you go to sleep & thank me later :)
