Hi Charlie!! I hope you’re doing well!! Good ingredients make ALL the difference in anything we cook. One thing I’m especially enjoying here are the tomatoes. I find they have such a different taste in Canada. In my mind they are almost fishy. But here they taste like real tomatoes. We are in a new town now and their produce market is on Saturday so I’m really excited for that as there aren’t any good grocery stores here. So far I’ve only found bananas, onions, avocado and peppers. Thanks so much for reposting your comment. I’m not sure what happened either. Take care

I love grocery shopping here. It feels so good to fill a cart and not pay over $300. The fishing is always so fun! That yellowtail was so delicious also!! Thanks so much for watching!!!
