I find it incredible how none of this information is explained to us at our doctor's appointments. I really appreciate all of the content you are sharing !
Healthy babies don’t make money for drs. 🤷🏻♀️ my opinion. Baby can be healthy on formula but we know of special antibodies that just can’t be duplicated from breast milk.
1) De-stress your life. 2) More skin to skin time. 3) Drink plenty of water 💦. 4) Eat healthy food (healthy carbs, sweet potato, beans and carrots, oatmeal, whole grains, proteins from meat, olive oil, good fat, lactation cookies) 5) Nurse or pump often ( Atleast every 2-4 hours). 6) try power pumping ( pick an hour of day devoted to pumping while massaging your breasts with 10 minutes rest after every 20 mins). 7) Use herb teas fenugreek, moringa, fennel, Brussels, or have milk supplements. Thanks ☺️
Effective for me to increase BM Is to pray 1st before baby latches... Eg. Thank you GOD for the opportunity to BF my baby and for th milk supply you always provide us... Then it will matic have a let down... Its so amazing☺️
There are a few ideas on how to boost amount of milk and discovered let you baby feed more often Try fenugreek or other herbs Use a breast pump (I read these and why they work from Hartlyn Milk Plan website )
Awesome advice! When I started exclusive pumping I was only getting 1-2 oz per breast. Now, in the mornings I get about 9oz total and in the evenings it's about 6oz. My routine? -Pump regularly every 3hrs(except at night, I pump right before bed and as soon as I wake up. -Take 2 tablets of fenugreek every day -Eat healthy(lots of oatmeal, I always seem to have a boost after eating oatmeal) -Drink lots of water!(I can always tell when I'm not drinking enough, my supply dips) -I also take Sunflower Lecithin occasionally to prevent clogs. -Look at pictures and videos of my baby while pumping. I keep these up consistently and now I get about 42oz a day. I am now able to donate some extra! Thank you for the advice Bridget!
Tysm for this advice! Breast feeding is so hard but I'm going to feel so good if I stick to this. It's all I've wanted after having My 1st and giving up too soon❤
Extra tip: I was baking my own lactation cookies and found myself out of time to restock, also worried about burning a batch with my beautiful, demanding newborn. So I looked for recipes for no-bake energy bites instead. I mix 2 cups of oats, 1 cup of PB, half a cup of maple syrup, half a cup of flax seed, half a cup of dark chocolate chips and 3 tbsp of brewers yeast and I get about 50 bites. Put them in the fridge for half an hour to harden and they’re ready. Much easier go restock.
I found a similar recipe, but I have to ask: I think the 1/2 maple syrup was waaaay too much using pure maple syrup. Did you use a corn syrup based one?
What i do is i drink garlic milk. I have pcos and so i do not have much milk supply. But garlic milk has helped me a lot. I chop one garlic flake and boil it in water until it is thoroughly cooked. I then add milk to it and drink the milk and chew up the garlic too. My mom and her ancestors have been following for generations. I hope it helps someone!
Keeping your thoughts and stress in check is more important than you think. I remember when I was producing milk if I even thought of my baby or heard another baby cry I would start leaking. It’s amazing the link between our brains and lactation. So if just hearing a baby cry can trigger your body into opening your milk ducts, just keep in mind bad and stressful thoughts can sometimes do damage that we might not be able to visibly see.
So true. Sadly I'm a living experience of how stress killed my milk supply and my baby was barely 2 months old. Relationship stress. Now my baby is 5 months but I'm still trying to see how I can replenish because I really want him to breast feed and not only formula fed. 😢
@@lilrascalish I know, I'm having the same problem. I was pumping consistently well and got it to where I was pumping about 2 to 2 and a half ounces per breast per pump session because my baby was in the NICU because he was born 5 weeks premature and was dealing with jaundice on and off for the first week of his life so he had to stay in the incubator under the blue light therapy so breastfeeding was almost impossible. I was only allowed to keep him out for a half hour every 6 or so hours so I didn't have the time to get him to latch or to really give breastfeeding a solid try. But I was pumping just fine until stressors in my life and especially my relationship with my baby's father started to get worse. I'm still pumping but I'm only getting a few drops per session so I am desperately trying to build up my supply of milk again because I don't want my baby strictly on formula (which he currently is because I can't pump enough). I'm just ar such a loss of what to do and I really hope I can bring back my milk supply while I'm still able to get out a few drops.
Just wanted to let you know I recently had my first baby in December-I was able to have a healthy natural vaginal birth thanks to the help of you & your channel!👏🏼❤️ Thank you so much for helping so many woman!

There are many factors in increasing amount of milk quickly and found. One plan I discovered that successfully combines these is the Hartlyn Milk Plan (check it out on google) definately the most incredible plan that I have ever seen. Check out all the interesting information .

@@roshmorales3392 based on my research you could try to find breastfeeding teas, eat almonds, drink non alcoholic wheat beers and there are some vitamins that you could get from the pharmacy to boost your milk production. Hope this helps you !
What really ruined my breastfeeding and led to enormous complications such as mastitis with my first new born as I was only 23 and inexperienced, was to use my phone to kill boredom while breastfeeding. You really need to bond, connect and give your undivided attention to your baby. Having your games on the phone, or even a bunch of people taking that intimate moment away from you or worse stressing you out by giving you a bunch of remarks and advice while your baby is latching is a killer. Kick everyone out and engage in a loving moment with your little one. It is difficult enough as is ☺️
For those moms that can’t get baby to latch, you can use nipple shield, I use it because my baby was in the NICU and the first thing she tasted was a bottle so we couldn’t learn that natural latch, so I had to opt for the nipple shield. It’s a little frustrating but you can still breastfeed. I use the medela nipple shield
Nipple shields don’t always work. I was given one by the NICU nurse and I didn’t know they came in different sizes. My nipples were too small for it and baby wasn’t getting any milk and lost weight. Drs said to give her formula so she could gain weight and I ended up hating the spitting up and vomiting so I exclusively pumped for a year. It was sooo hard but glad I was able to do that for her.
NICU mom here too. Nipple shields might not work for everyone but it’s good to know it’s an option, I don’t hear it mentioned much. It helped me in the beginning but a few days into it I felt it wasn’t needed. It took a while for my baby to get used to breastfeeding but we got there eventually. Currently doing bottle and breastfeeding, it’s very time consuming. My supply is low and he has tons of reflux and vomiting from formula so I’m struggling to increase my supply 😔
Just wanted to share my experience. Power pumping did not work for me, it didn't increase my supply. However, pumping at night boosted up my supply like crazy. Sometimes I would skip pumping because I was so tired but decided to commit and saw an enormous change. More prolactin is produced at night, between 2-5 am. Don't miss those night pumps. Bridget, you are such a blessing to the community. Your videos helped me during my pregnancy, during labor, and postpartum. You are an angel.
Finding myself needing to build a stash after 4 months of exclusively breastfeeding. These videos have made me feel so much better about the little amount of milk I’m able to pump.
Eat healthy, don’t stress. Easier said than done, as you mentioned. It’s pretty tough to do, especially in the beginning. When you’re sleepless and have no help, it’s hard to do this…especially in a pandemic. Also, recovering from hellp syndrome. I added in formula more and more, only to maintain my sanity. Now I only pump and formula feed. Baby hated breastfeeding after week 3. Breastfeeding isn’t everything. Your health is. Good luck out there 🙏
Ha didi sach me mamicon syrup bahut effective product hai maine try kiya hai mamicon syrup mera 1month ka baby tha to muze milk nahi aa raha tha to maine mamicon syrup liya continue 2 month lekin eska results 15 din me hi mila muze"+
Thanks for this. My baby just screams the whole time I try to breastfeed but he will calmly drink from a bottle which lowered my supply and I had to add formula. It really crushed me im still dealing with it. It’s so hard cause the whole world makes you feel like a bad mother for not being able to do it. Feels good to at least hear one person say that it’s ok.
Really trying to up my milk supply because my baby is in the NICU. Shes 27 days old and only had 3 skin to skins, the first being after birth for only 15 seconds 😞 sadly i cant hold her when i want to because of everything she is hooked up to. Nor will i be able to breastfeed because she has a deformity that she has to feed through a tube. Ive tried all this but hasnt worked sadly. Hope it works for everyone else
I had my little boy last week and he was 11 weeks prem and I'm trying so hard to bring in my milk supply. Stress hasn't been easy but I'm so glad to find videos like this. Makes me have a wee bit more faith in myself
My baby girl was born premature as well she’s almost 2 months old , I’m still not producing enough milk at all and I didn’t have so much help and it’s hard to not stress about it and eat three meals. I hope your having more luck than me ☺️🤍
@@vbuzani79 I'm so sorry youre struggling. I have 2 older girls and I didn't succeed breastfeeding them and I got quite depressed as a result. Ive managed this time around and my boy has just turned 9months old and he's still breastfeeding. I got up every 3 hours at night to express (as well as doing it every 3hours during the day) and I've upped my food intake alot. I also take breastfeeding supps, fenugreek and blessed thistle and my Dr prescribed Dom Peridone for me. Ive been dealing with family court since my beautiful boy was born... ( dad spent 7wks trying to bully me to terminate and now expects 50/50) 🙄 Whatever you do, don't beat yourself up if you're not having much success. You are doing an amazing job regardless and your wee girl is super lucky to have you. I still do skin to skin and that's a big help. One way i made my milk come in more was letting him suckle, even if there wasn't any milk. The sucking sends messages to your body to produce more and there is something in their saliva that stimulates production in the breast. Also try hand expressing, even if you only get tiny results, the massaging will stimulate your milk ducts. You've got this mumma ❤️ be proud of yourself!!
@@KayBee2324 I didn’t expect a reply but thank you so much for that , I’m so sorry about you not able to breastfeed your two older girls, but that’s wonderful that your breastfeeding your little boy and still doing it 🙏🏻☺️ even with the dad being dumb you still managed to not stress too much about it and are successful at it ! This was such good advice and as well as an encouragement. You’re awesome and this was helpful I think it’s my nutrition that I need to work on more and skin to skin 🤍 Thank you again and have a wonderful day and may your children keep growing healthy 💖 God bless 🙏🏻
Great tips, loved affirmation portion. Amen. I'm a new mom, age 43. Loving this experience and feel so fortunate that God saw fit for this to happen. ❤️Working on sharing my journey too on my channel. Thank you for sharing 💜
I’d love for you to make a video for moms who deal with low milk supply. I know you aren’t an IBCLC but I’m sure you could educate a lot of folks about things like hypoplasia, insulin resistance, IGT and other real causes of low milk supply. So many women (like me when I had my oldest) don’t know about this and badly dehydrate their babies on accident. And while it’s not common, it’s a lot more common than most of us realize! Had I known about the SNS and some other great resources, I’d have made it a lot longer breastfeeding her! I breastfed my second daughter six months with the SNS - five months longer than my oldest! I’m 36 weeks with my third, a son, and I’m prepared with the SNS, my haakaa, Brewer’s yeast, and a few other things that have helped in the past! 😃 I’m hoping to make it to a year and beyond with him. ☺️
@@jlovesworld7182 A supplemental nursing system (SNS) helps parents breastfeed their babies while simultaneously supplementing with formula or pumped milk. For those who still wonder about the above comment lol.
Love this!! I've tried everything and couldn't boost my supply. I make 10-14oz max daily. I now nurse my baby from both breasts first and then he gets a bottle to top up. He normally takes in an extra 2-3oz. When I pump I only get 1-3oz no matter what. If I nurse him and pump after I get maybe a combined .25oz.
Ive watched your videos the first weeks of pregnancy to the moment I was giving birth and listening to your meditations during labor and even now as I’m breastfeeding my little man. Thank you so much for all of this informative content! I’ve learned so much & I share your page with all new mamas.

Thank you for this. A nurse in the recovery room was pressuring me because I wasn't producing enough colostrum and I suggested it was because I was still dehydrated and hungry. She said that doesn't affect milk supply and that made me scratch my head. Made no sense.
The best about your videos is you yourself, your voice is so calming it makes me want to hear you more 💕 and how listening yo you makes me feel a lot more positive about my own self 💕💕 #more power to you
In India, my mom gave me 1. fenugreek seeds juice (soak fenugreek seeds and grind with jaggery or sprouted fenugreek seeds 2. Dill leaves 3. Fennel seeds. All for milk production.
Really trying these tips. I've been in the hospital with our little girl for 3 weeks now.. I've been pumping the whole time. Terrible with my schedule and sleep deprivation. Now she is back to eating and I've had to pump more regularly/seriously and I really wish I would have taken it more seriously in the beginning. My nurse keeps recommending formula supplementation but I am determined to up my supply! 🤞
So much great info!!! I wish this video was around in 2013 when I have birth to my son! It was so hard on me to see that I failed breastfeeding in just 2 months of giving birth. It hurt badly I was depressed but I am glad to see this now and very optimistic outlook this time with my newborn. Thanks again. Love how you explain in great detail, you definitely know your stuff!
Jesus es mi Salvación 2 months is still better than none and a great benefit to your little one! Congrats on going for it again! :) If you struggle look into lactation consultants. :)
@@kearabevels4590 I know it’s so easy to feel that way! I also feel like a failure I only lasted the days I was in the hospital because I had a terrible experience. It made me very sad! But don’t ever think that way about yourself! I know it’s easier said than done… however, as long as you’ve fed your baby that’s all that matters. I always tell myself that food in my baby’s belly is better than none. It’s very hard being a mom but we can’t let these things get in the way of being the best we can be, it’s already hard enough after all.
I feel like we’re friends from how many of your videos I’ve watched lol. Thank you for doing what you do! I’m being induced in 3 days and feel so much better about the whole thing cause of your videos! Thank you!! 💕
We drink Agua de Panela (Panela water) in Colombia. I add Anis and drink this every morning. I see this really works. IDK how you say Panela in Colombia but you can find it in any International isle at the supermarket
Hey I'm a mom of 8 just had my first set of twins and not sure if I'm making enough how to feed both at same time so everyone is happy and not stressed
Thank you! My baby is 8 month old and my milk supply starts to drop due to crazy life of quarantine while working and take care two kids at home. I feel stressed and losing hope! This makes me feel I should believe myself that I can do it!
I use mamicon syrup for increase breast milk. When I start mamicon syrup within 4 _5 days quantity of milk increases. I have completed the course of 2 months. This Ayurvedic medicine is available on Amazon.in and merricart.in contact 9767955885
Thank you for all your videos !! I just had my daughter and labored naturally at home, made it to the hospital with 13 min to spare 😅🙌🏼 I was 9 cm when I walked in to the hospital!! I watched so many of your videos so I wasn’t scared during the process because I knew what my body was doing and I appreciate it so much ! 🙏 thank you !
My baby is 4 months old. When he was about 2 months old, I started giving him 1 bottle in the evenings, since he wanted to nurse non stop for 4-5hours. I have a 3yo and my husband works out of region, so I’m solo parenting 2weeks/month. My lack of sleep was starting be be unsafe for my kids, I do not regret this decision. But then came the next growth spurt, I forgot about how your supply adjusts after it’s over, I panicked and gave him bottles, that was a mistake. Now I’m barely able to breastfeed him more than 1x a day. I had no issues with my daughter, exclusively breastfed until 5months, and weaned her at 2y3m. Not being able to breastfeed my son as much is heart breaking. I’m taking every tip seriously and hoping for the best ❤️
Hey Bridget! I LOVE your content and have watched so many videos. But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE update this one with a disclaimer about fenugreek. A little research will show you that not only will it NOT work for over 50% of women, but it will actually have the OPPOSITE effect for them. Yes, meaning it will lower milk supply. Fenugreek destroyed my milk supply about a month and a half ago and it hasn't been the same since. I couldn't believe what I found when I did a little bit of research. There's a reason that Legendary Milk supplements all say "Fenugreek Free" on them... I hope you read my comment and do your own research
I was a super Producer until the doctors push me to get birth control and my normal oweeee told me that the birth control cost me to be able to not produce as much I’m hoping the steps will help get my milk back for my little 6m old

I am pretty much on the dot with all your tips and still struggled until I gave up breastfeeding due baby not gaining weight from 3 to 5 months, I started struggling at 6 weeks when baby and I were both sick. I started taking stuff that is supposed to increase milk supply but nothing seem to help. I've tried moringa, maxi milk, Hydration packs, juices, liquid chlorify, I eat high protein, whole grain foods, healthy oils, oatmeal, quinoa veggies is what I eat all the time. I was pumping every 2 hours but baby kept on feeling hungry and didn't take on weight for 2 months. I started him on formula and he started sleeping longer stretches, seemed more satisfied, was burping after feedings and picked up his weight gain. There was no stress in my life except my concern for him. It still hurts to have given up breastfeeding. I was pumping every 2 hours at the end, once I quit my breast didn't even really fill up. First 2 day I pumped twice, day 3 and 4 once and it was over. To me, giving up breastfeeding is like cutting off one cord from the heart. I'm a big believer in nature stuff bug I'm considering unnatural with my next baby if that's what it takes.
I love your videos and all the positive energy. This is my second rodeo nursing. I remember it being easier the first go around. I think mother's age makes a big difference. I almost gave up this time around but videos like these keep me going. I just wish videos would stress not to throw in the towel. I had a lot of pain for an entire month and fought through it. Nursing is soooo much better now. It was pain from milk blisters and mastitis. Let's call it pain and not discomfort because that is confusing. 😅
I was exclusively breast-feeding and then I got really discouraged and I started formula feeding I hope that I can build back my supply and I can continue to produce breastmilk
Can you do a video on advice for nursing mommy’s who have a thyroid problem? I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism & will be nursing my baby due in 3 months but feeling nervous about not being able to produce correctly
First time mom. I had a huge supply from the first day of birth. So much so that I developed mastitis and engorgement. After meeting with a lactation consultant she helped me fix the issue and lower my supply through block feeding. Fast forward ⏩ 2 weeks later my baby starting getting frustrated at the nipple and I felt he wasn’t getting enough milk. When I would try to pump I would only get an ounce out of each breast. Here’s some tips that really helped me up my supply again : -breastfeed then pump for 20 minutes right after (even if there’s nothing coming out). Do this religiously for 48 hours -cup your breast from the bottom and use your thumb and work from the very outer boob down to the nipple in a massaging motion. Do this repeatedly while pumping -be patient! I didn’t realize that it takes literally 20 or more minutes sometimes while pumping to have another let down -make sure you’re using the correct size flange -make sure your baby is latching wide enough -of course hydrate and eat oatmeal but the pumping even when empty will trick your body into making more milk!
I came here to say that after I watched this video, I pumped twice as instructed. I felt proud to be on top of my game. Then I went to pour my milk into the storage bag, I knocked it over by accident. My labor spilled all over the counter and I let out a loud cry. So discouraging!!
I\'m not sure but ,if anyone else needs to find out about what can increase breast milk try Fezervin Breast Milk Coach (just google it ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my friend got cool results with it.
I'm confused how I'm supposed to do this 8+ times a day 😭 My baby is in the NICU, so I've gotta pump but it's literally impossible to do this more than 6-7 times a day. I have a 2.5yr old, I have to live and do things plus travel to go visit my baby in the hospital 😭
For the power pumping session, do you recommend doing so first thing in the a.m when milk supply is highest? Or maybe right before bed if baby starts to sleep for longer stretches? Thanks Bridget!
My daughter makes a clicking sound but a Lactation Consultant said her latch was good? I’m still experiencing pain while feeding though… should I get a second opinion? Or see a pediatric dentist about oral ties?
I and my baby are suffering from lack of milk, now she is two months old.She is not willing to my breast day by day and I'm having to feed her by powder milk. All instructions don't work and I don't know what to do
My son is 5 months and I pump MAYBE 2 ounces a day. He’s on the breast a lot, but he doesn’t get much from me and he gets frustrated. And then I give him formula. I cry about this all the time. Idk what else to do? I’m doing everything everyone says to do and still nothing. 😢 literally crying now.
I am almost in the same boat horrible experience at the hospital produced milk a week after birth. Baby is 3 weeks pumping roughly around 8 fluid ounces I am the primary care therefore I cannot pump always and she will not latch to me therefore I'm stuck at 8 fluid oz per day and formula feeding to suffice I cry all the time about it like the hospital had taken away my ability to be the mother that I wanted to be for her please stay strong

33 weeker momma who just got home! When we first got home my supply struggled but things are much better now! Stay strong momma. I never understood how difficult the NICU experience was til we were in it. I hope you are staying strong and praying lots.. ❤ I will pray for you, knowing the difficulties you are facing. Biggest blessing in the world yet some of the deepest hardest emotions to process. I hope you get to stay with your baby. And if you aren't able to, I deeply empathize the pain of having to leave baby. It all gets so much better when you get home... ❤ trust the Lord, He's faithful.❤
My baby was born at 31 weeks also I'm struggling to get milk supply to increase as well...and yes the nicu is so hard praying for everyone going through this!❤
I was thinking about power pumping but every time I pump my breasts are emptied in about 7 minutes and they seem to stay that way for the rest of the day, it’s discouraging! I pump and then end up feeding my baby that milk instead of freezing it because I don’t produce enough the rest of the day… helppppp
I wish I would have known your channel with my first baby . Thank you so much for all the information you give it’s so helpful and has helped me to exclusively breast feed with my second baby .
This is amazing to know. Unfortunately my son actually had gotten constipated from the herbs that I was taking so I immediately stopped. I’m hoping to increase my supply, it’s a challenge. He just turned 6 weeks old, and we actually do combo feeding to help. Works for me, especially in the middle of the night.
If you want to increase your milk supply eat salmon. You’ll see a big increase and your breasts will feel full. This is based on my personal experience. I’m exclusively breastfeeding, when I feel a decrease in my milk supply I eat salmon.

Ladies, I put myself in a vicious loop, help, please!)) I have twin girls, born 2500g and 2800g)) Both just don't yet suck strong enough. I use the pump, but also want to create a milk storage for at least 2-3 feedings ahead. Now I pump and they want to eat already, so I give them this milk I just pumped, but dont have a portion for next feeding. So I put them to breast less, which is of course idiotic, since the goal is to breastfeed directly when they have more strength... But my nipples are sore right after pumping and when they wake up, I am empty... Got myself in a this loop. Should I just give them formula once or twice just to have a couple of milk portions ahead? And maybe pump more often? I do it once in 2 hours now. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you. oh, btw, I am in Ukraine, so power outages, cant rely on fridge, there are 4 hour breaks in electricity. I guess I'll need to use that bag Medela offers with a col accumulator once the fridge is off. I need just about. 3 portions, not 10, so no need for freezer (thanks to the russians(( )
@BridgetTeyler For the Power Pump hour, will it still help if done for lesser time ? Like maybe half an hour? Example: 10 min pump followed by 5 min breaks and 5 min pumps
thank you very helpful i am a mom of four and was looking for more tips and this helps i will definitely try more skin to skin and power pumping since my little one doesnt latch well
breastfeed my newborn every 2 hours. However, after 3 weeks, I want to start incorporating pumped milk into the routine. How should I balance breastfeeding and pumping? When should I feed the pumped milk if I’m breastfeeding every 2 hours? I'm feeling a bit confused about how to schedule both. Can you help
Thanks for sharing Bridget. When we adopted our sweet little baby girl - I made TENS milk duct stimulation very successful in inducing lactation. After my first drops - I then did a routine combining tens stimulation with pumping every 2 hrs that was pretty awesome in quickly boosting my supply. TENS may not be for everyone - but it worked like a miracle for me!! I find it sad that tens usage is overlooked so often when it was so valuable to me. I would love to hear from other mothers who have found the tens current to be a lifesaver.
@@kristengreer8983 I'll try again to give you my gmail address. I don't know what's going on. I really do like to share my experience with other mothers. I'm sad that tens milk duct stimulation is so widely ignored - when it can be super for some people.

I wish I could post a picture so I could show you my son ❤️ you’ve played a huge in my breastfeeding being successful and educating me during my pregnancy as well and all of those trimester videos as well.
Does it matter which hour of the day you power pump? Does it matter if it’s a different hour each day? And how long do you need to power pump for e.g for a week?
is it true for everyone that the more frequent you remove the milk, the more milk your body produces? I find that for myself, if i pump 4 hours after last session vs 3 hours, I pump out more. It seems like that my body needs time to replenish the milk... what can i do? still pump more frequently?
About the 5th tip - the only time that my baby(1 month and 2 weeks old) eats really well(meaning that he isn't disturbed, is very calm, eats for 10 min) is at night. During the day he only eats from one side for about 4 minuts each time...and wants to eat quite often(every 30 min-hour) so i am worried that if i will pump right after he eats, he won't have any left untill another 3 hours.
I had that worry with my daughter too, and honestly that seemed to happen, even though I kept reading and hearing from everybody that breasts will produce as much milk as needed. I felt that my daughter wasn’t getting enough because she would sometimes get cranky while breastfeeding as if she wasn’t getting enough , I also couldn’t hear her drinking, and the breasts often felt completely empty if I pumped in between feedings.
