Put your key fob in a metal case. This will prevent replay attacks and key duplication.

Yeah because it's not just cars now. The retail chains are taking hits too. Walmart and Target locking their merch up. Then there are thieves that are taking package off someone's own porch. They need 5 years in life plus 2 years of community service

If someone bumps my car, I put it in park, turn off the engine, get out (lock the door) and walk straight to the back of their car and take a pic of their license plate then call cops before I even speak to anyone -also, manual. And if they act up, I'm throwing thumb tack in front of their tires. But if you really want your car to be thief proof, stick wires out of the ac controller and put a sign that says broken ac. lol I once had a car that had no radio, no ac, and no power steering. It sucked bc we 100º - 106º summers while commuting to school but I never had to worry about someone messing with it.

my car was stolen recently it was a pos impala they most likely couldnt figure out my cursed a/c system and the humid weather here from the farmland most likey caused them to fog up and crash into something which destroyed my tire. funny enough they brought it back and left it nearby my apartment

Remove the garage code with the number pad on the outside completely, you don't need it, use your phone to open you garage instead. Don't make it easy for them.

You got one of the brands very common in africa. Especially the RAV4 and corollas! If you have a local crime ring that steals vehicles to be shipped to africa , your car is at risk.

Talking of fenced yards , i just saw a video where car thieves just ploughed through the gate. They can use you car or bring a disposbale car to ram the gate!
