If you haven’t tried Lisa Eldridge’s Skin Mist I highly recommend! I can’t use CT due to fragrance and the LE is incredible on my skin over here in Houston. 🌿🌸
When a Houston girl recommends a product, you can 100% rely on it. She knows exactly what works because so little stands up to Houston heat and humidity.
Thanks! I get dip manicures. I have had the same nail tech for over 20 years, and I am at a point where I basically let her pick my color, and I never pay attention to the powder shade. So sorry!
I always use primer under my tubing mascara. I absolutely have to in order to have the slightest amount of volume. And tubing is my only mascara option due to my asian hooded eyes. I loved the Marc Jacobs eyelash primer because it never affected the tubing mascara. I bought several when they went out of business and I am on my last one. I've been on the search since to find a primer that works with my tubing mascaras. So far, I have found ok results, the best of which is the purple Milani primer. It doesn't work with wetter tubing formulas though. I had no luck with Mally, Essence or Lancome. I am just about to open YSL and Too Faced to test. Rumors are that MJ beauty is returning next year and I hope he brings the primer back.
So glad you find that a primer works for you. For me, the tubing ones just stick better without. And I have heard that about MJ Beauty too. I am wondering if it will be all new makeup or if they re brand with all new things entirely.
Ty Mandy. Not too crazy in Chicago tempwise but humidity is on the higher side. (Not even close to Phoenix, rtc 😮). I like the Elta MD Clear but lately seems to be pilling at times???!! Thoughts? I'm a minimalist esp summer. Today Im testing ND Powder Foundation. I may put on a Bronzer later but indoors for a few hours. I also use the CT setting spray if needed.Love your channel!!🎉🎉🎉❤❤
I so wish you had done this video a few weeks ago, lol. I just went to Phoenix where it was 117 degrees. My makeup melted and I looked like an oil slick. I should have used a power foundation but didn’t think of it as I knew we’d be inside 99% of the time. Should have. I brought my Tarte Maracuja tint thinking it had clay in it, it didn’t help. I ended up using those thin brown restaurant napkins to blot, they really do work. lol. 🔥🥵
Is Surrat the best eyelash curler? Please let me know. Shiseido many years ago was the best, but when I got a newer one a few years back it was complete trash. So, they changed it. Then I got a Rephr one and that one pinches the excess skin on my hooded eyes.
Also, a tip I learned last year that works great is skipping the curler altogether and after each eye, hit them from below with a blow dryer on cool for 5-10 sec. I’ve always gotten weird bends with a curler. This opens up the eyes better imho!
I do like the Kevyn Aucoin like Dee mentioned, but if I had to pick between the two, the Surratt wins out because it's a bit wider. I have some stubborn outside lashes that don't like to be included in my curler, and the Surratt is able to get all of them in.
@sassyglbeauty- I'm over 50 with dry & dehydrated skin. My favorite powder foundation is the KOH GEN DO MAIFANSHI GLOSS FILM FOUNDATION. Unfortunately, it's quite expensive, but I purchase during sales. This never sticks to my flakey skin either. Tbh, I haven't tried the MUFE though.
Hi there...I am 43 with normal/dry skin. I have a video on my favorite powder foundations that may be helpful: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-EMsQFktRReo.html
