Getting started out as a technicianc can be challenging! In this 3 part video I share my top tips for guys and gals just starting out in the industry as well as share my own personal story.
I teamed up with Universal Technical institute, the Humble Mechanic and Eric the Car Guy to do a series of videos on the industry and challenges we face. This is one part of that collaboration. Omg! I have seen these kids roll in out of tech school with a head that won't fit through the doors that act like they are supposed to be top dog because they got an A in school. No! You're not top dog, come in here, I will teach you and in 28 years you can tech the next big headed newbie what I taught you. Tech school is only the foundation, you haven't built the house yet and you think it's a mansion fit for a king. It could be... after you build it, but all you have now is a reasonably solid platform on which to build.
