We don't have to take everything down. However we are moving into a new building this coming year. We do have to cover the bulletin boards with butcher paper.
Can you label/number your furniture, then draw a class map and label them there? We tape the class maps on our white boards. I like this tip! It will get my furniture closer to where I want it. I can't move a lot due to my back.
