Reinier in the third arena is good because he basically occupies 4 tiles: your opponent must work around the 3 tiles that Reinier is touching to avoid sending over the wrong units (debuffed if Reinier is ascended), and the geometry of the arena doesn't leave a lot of safe tiles to play with: two are in the center for tanks, and one is isolated and easy to snipe.
